Titan arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was done in a very professional manner. Our property was left in immaculate condition and Tim and Bill were great to work with. Since our damage was done because of hail damage we have recommended Titan to our neighbors.

I got a "Big Deal" of $400 worth of labor for 150. There were a few cracked and broken tiles on the sun room and leaking sky lights. I left for him new tiles to replace the broken ones, but h only caulked the sky lights. He called afterwards and explained some stuff about the sky lights that really did not make much sense. about 5 minutes into the call he said he had to hang up and that he would call in about 5 minutes, He never did. I called the office a number of times, but they could not help, they said the repairman would call back but he never did. I just got tired of calling back, after all he did repair the leak from the skylight, so the urgent problem did get resolved. I would never use them again.

Titan came and of course said I needed new roof. He said one shingle was missing and that he would provide a quote when I said we would not do entire roof. He said it would be between $300 and $500. Of course quote was $500 to do one shingle. He should have repaired it on the spot if only one shingle and then at least the $160 was not a waste. Don't buy this deal!

First of all I didn't get a call to when he would be coming out, he just showed up. He didn't ring my bell or anything , just started working. I had to go out the day he came, otherwise I would have watched what he was doing. When I came home and saw what he did, it was a very bad job. I called the office and someone said they would call me back, but she never returned my call. I called and talked to Tim about the job, he apologized and I told him I would not be using his company again.

That went well. The work was great. I couldn't have done it any better.

It went fine I was pleased with their work. The man who came was very knowledgeable, and did a good job. I have no more worries the loose siding anymore.

I called and set appointment date, they were late. The gentleman that came said it was a two man job and he needed a higher ladder. I was to be called to reschedule. No one called. When I called someone was to get back to me. I received a call telling me the special was for two stories buildings and my house would cost $200.00 more.

We felt he gave us an honest opinion of the existing roof and issue. He referred us to another trade to take a look at the issue from a different angle. He says he does rooves, gutters, and anything else except what we needed. We'd use him if any of those issues arose.

Went perfect. They were on time, professional. The work was completed in one day and they made sure all the debris was cleaned up since I have 4 children they made sure not a nail was left behind.

Came out to the house and talked to us about replacing siding... He measured the house and told us he would be back he next day at 2pm with our estimate. He never showed up ...never called ...never saw him again. I called ad the woman on the phone asked who came to our house.. Let me call him to see if he is running late and I will call you back. we never heard from Titan again. We are using another company and do no ever want to talk to these people again.

The job was done on time. The installers were professional and the windows and frames look great.

The serviceman that came to our house was prompt and thorough. He spent a little more than an hour on our roof checking for issues, and found some loose tiles and others that were improperly nailed, though they had not yet come loose. His theory was that the storm was so strong, the rain was blowing almost horizontally and was able to sneak underneath loose tiles that were blowing away. He took many pictures and shared with us what the issues were. Furthermore, even though the Big Deal was simply for an inspection, he fixed the tile issues, renailed others that were incorrect, and took pictures of his work to share with us once he was done -- all at no extra charge. We were very pleased with the service.

Gentleman came out to give an estimate. We chose not to use this company.

I shoud not have been allowed to buy this deal in the first place.

I wasn't able to take advantage of the Big Deal because they don't travel this far. However, they responded immediately to let me know that I am outside of their service area.

Invited Service Provider for Roof repair and he asked me how much other bidder quoted you and he gave an estimate without inspecting roof.

Purchased this deal to check the roof for storm damange. A representative came out, had a lot to say - very confusing but he was knowledgable. Talked entire time, did'n't perform any work other then an inspection. I had a pending claim with my insurance company, he suggested that file cliam for storm damage/hail damage. That claim is pending; however, he figured that whole roof could be replaced. Insurnace stated roof was fine execpt for isolated areas & never heard from him again.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. I think it was Bill who came and he was pretty good. He was very knowledgeable but he never sent me an estimate of how much it would take to repair the roof. He went up the roof and basically took a real hard look at the roof as well as the siding. They are pretty good. I would really appreciate it if they could follow up with their customers on their estimates for roof repairs which would be the only complaint that I have. They didn't come back with an estimate. I would use them again because I really liked the knowledge of the guy.

The crew arrived on time and went to work right away. They have a great system and all members of the crew had a job. Tear off, install of new roof and cleanup was done in a very professional and quick manner. We were amazed at how fast the work was done. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Tim did a great job with the estimate and the followup after the roof was complete. I walked the roof with him and was very pleased with the finished product and the quality of work performed.
