The entire job went very good. Only problem came at the end getting someone to reinstall satellite dish. Got it done after several hours delay.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was okay. They did the work that they had advertised but it was really a pitch for a new roof. I like that they did what was advertised. I disliked that it was that it really was a sale call to do a new roof in here. They had my insurance company out here who denied the claim so it ended up being a mess with my insurance company.

We had purchased a deal and the work was done quickly and neatly.

This is the second time I have called Titan back to install Windows.This time in my basement. I am very happy with the results and would recomend them to others. Bill is always Professional and has answers to my questions when they come up. Bill's install team is also very polite and easy to talk to. John was a excellent installer and if he had any doubts on my expectations he would ask.Which I appreciate very much so this is a major plus in wanting me to be a happy customer! Which I couldnt be more Happy with the level of serviceTitan has provided. And when it came time for payment, they went as far as having Kelly who works in the office to offer to personally come by and pick up the check on my time availble. Very slow in coming to measure the size of the window, slow in scheduling the replacement and they did not explain how to claim the refund on the window we did not get replacement. Three windows were ordered, end up with two windows replaced because the third one was out of range in size. Overall, the two new windows are beautiful, we enjoy the new look and tight installation. Thank you for that. Just a frustrating experience in the claim process for the refund. We paid in September and it is December now.

We made the first appointment and the person did not show up. I took an evening from my activities to wait and there was no phone call or apology for the missing appointment. |The work was done in a timely fashion as originally scheduled. However, I had to request that my mailbox (which was left on my front porch for over a week) be installed back where it originally was. |All the drain pipes were replaced and paid for. I had to ask to have one of them replaced as they did not replace it after the job was completely finished. |They were also not prompt collecting their payment. Once again an appointment was made and it was a "no show." | |Overall, we were satisfied, but they were minor things that were disappointing.

Every part of the process went smoothly and the completed job met our expectations. Our salesperson was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The roofing installers were great. They worked h****** a hot day and did a beautiful. professional job. We were very pleased with all phases and like the quality product and warranty. We would definitely refer them to others.

They sent someone out to look at my roof. I have never heard back! I have called twice; first time got VM and no return call. The second time I reached someone and was given the direct phone number for the sales rep who came out. The number doesn't have a message on the VM so I don't even know if it is correct. So I paid for someone to come up to come up with a quote for actual repairs and haven't even received that! I am p*****.

The Big Deal was for $299. On 11/25/13, a representative came to my house to take the measurements, took the measurements and wrote them down, and sent them along to their office (he made it sound as if they would seal up the window with a piece of plywood that I already had as a courtesy due to the delayed date of potential installation). I received a text from the company advising he would be out of town for a week for the holiday. He texted me when he returned and said the order had not been placed yet and that he would check on it. I then received another text from the office saying that the job would actually cost $700 as they had decided that they would need to reframe my window (a cost apparently not included in the Big Deal). I have no written confirmation from the company and not even a phone call, only texts. They also said they would not be able to install the window until after 1/1/2014. I would suggest that they communicate by email and personal phone call in the future. I would not recommend people do business with this company. I got the impression that my job was too small and they would rather work on larger jobs and they definitely sent the message that they were too busy for me. I have asked for a refund and have cancelled the Big Deal.

I was not home at the time of the service and therefore did not interact with the rep personally. My sister was home to recurve the service. He did the job that I hired him to do so I was pleased with that. Although, I am not sure if my windows were tended to as apart of the visit even though I do believe that service was also apart of the deal that I purchased.

Called this company, did not response to my email. I called but they said they don't service the Lake County area, eventhough it did not say that on their service area that they cover. They are approximately 45 minutes away from where my property is.

The contractor was great; he offered a detailed explanation of the roof and how to fixed the gap.

What went well: Called and they were responsive, friendly, setup an appt for an estimate and were on time. What didn't go so well: I asked for an estimate to swap ONE piece of siding with another; that's it, nothing else. They came back with an estimate of 4-6 hours and $350. I watched a youtube video and the guy did it in 25 min. I don't have the siding tool and wanted an expert to do it. I expected a quote of maybe $75-100. I am not saying don't use them, but I am saying you better get other estimates first.

Due to the size of my house, it did not fit the parameters of this deal, but they were nice about it.

The provider came and gave a professional quote. They were nice to deal with on the phone as well. But, their quote was a bit high and we chose another provider subsequently.

They removed my old roof and installed a brand new roof w/ a lifetime warranty. Tim, the guy who inspected my roof, had a ton of knowledge on roofs & was very passionate about his profession!

Tim arrived at 1:00 as scheduled and immediately got up on my roof for an inspection. This is the original roof and 19 years old. Tim found some minor leakage around a soil stack and the attic vent fan and sealed them off. The overall report showed that I've got at least on more year before the roof needs to be replaced. | |When the time comes, I'm going to call Titan.

Did the temporary repair,, and we wanted a estimate on a new roof, but was never followed through with the estimate and we went to another roofer.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable and explained the causes that precipitated the problem of water leaking onto the inside panes of my windows. He was prompt and professional. This was an outstanding value for the service provided. I would have expected to pay much more for the quality service I received. I'll definitely use this provider again and ask for Bill if I need these services again in the future. I was very much pleased with my first Angie's List experience.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out perfect, and I loved that. I did not pay them any extra other than the big deal purchase. It included the price of the window and the installation.

Tim came and he did a great job. He arrived on time, he was very professional, he did everything that was suppose to be done. He explained to us what the problem was and why it happened. He was there a good two hours and honored his big deal.
