Excellent service!! He inspected my roof and took some pictures of hail damage on the roof vents. However, he advised me that the damage to the shingles was not sufficient to be concerned at this time. (Several neighbors are having their roofs replaced due to hail damage.)

When I purchased this 'special' of checking our tile roof, replacing up to 50 tiles, and additional gutter cleaning, I had great hopes of finding a roofer who specialized in tile roofs which I have. Initially, through e-mail I mentioned that I would like to have the roof looked at in May as tile roofs should be dry when inspected and/or replacing tile, and our winter was unusally long this year. The reply that I received was to contact them when I wanted to have the work done. Good up to this point. In April, I was out of the country for two weeks and our home was being looked after by my daughter. One morning in April, without notice, Titan Construction showed up, intimidated our cartaker and lied about having had a long standing appointment to look at the roof. I am told that they walked over the roof and did some gutter cleaning. When asked about the result, no report was forthcoming. When I returned from our trip, I did not see that any broken tiles were replaced and was not sure about the gutter cleaning. I am completely disappointed in this company and their unprofessionalism.

I originally had an appointment with Titan Construction to get an estimate for new gutters. They called the day we had our first appointment and told me they were swamped and wanted to reschedule. I tried to be understanding and rescheduled with them because it seemed they got good reviews on Angie's List. On the next appointment day they called and said the guy was running late due to something on the highway, again I excused it because I really need new gutters and am looking to get estimates. The guy finally shows up introduces himself and literally 3 minutes later comes to my door and says he is done and I will have an estimate e-mailed to me in the next couple of hours. Now before Titan came out other companies had come out and all of them did the same thing, drew me a map of where the gutters were going and ALL of them needed to get in my back yard that is fenced in with a locked gate at each entrance to finish measuring. When I asked the guy from Titan if he needed to get back there he said nope I got the measurement...How on Earth do you get a measurement through a locked gate unless he jumped the fence??, which I'm pretty sure my 95 lb. Rottweiler didn't allow. So I waited around for the estimate as I was very interested in what it was going to be or what the e-mail would look like. 5 HOURS later when I still hadn't received the estimate I felt it was necessary to call the company and tell them about my experience and how I didn't feel like the guy they sent out really even measured my house, I am a manager of a business as well and I know I definitely would want to know this. I believe this woman's name was Kelly that I spoke too, she told me that she would follow up with the guy and call me back to let me know what was going on. Well it has been a week and guess who hasn't called. Now needless to say after all this there isn't a chance I will go with or recommend this company...first impressions mean A LOT!! I just don't get why they would drive 45 minutes (Because that is how long it takes to get from Weber Rd. to Morris) and then spend literally THREE Minutes at my house, not even do a complete measurement, LIE to me that they did and then just completely blow me off. If you're not interested in the job just tell me..why waste my time or yours. If your looking for a free estimate from these guys..expect to be treated like they are giving you something for free I guess...VERY Disappointed!!

First at the initial estimate nobody showed up until 4 hours later (after on called them) while we were leaving. Even at that, I was forgiving & I proceeded to set a time for the work to be done between 7-8am on another day. Again, No show and I call at 11:30 and they're "running behind" and will be there shortly. My husband works nights & needs to go to sleep. I canceled & am saddened as I really hoped to get the work done. Looks like I'm on yet another quest to find reliable service.

The company representative came and looked at our back yard, and we talked about what we wanted and asked for two estimates, one with pressurized wood and one with composite wood. The representative said he would send the estimates by the end of day or max the next day. Well he didn't, so I called him and asked if he could send us the estimates, the rep. said by end of the second day or early following morning, well he didn't. I called him the third day, I was told I would get an estimate before 1 pm. Well that didn't happen either,and I was not contacted to let me know that it would maybe take a little longer. I had expressed that I needed the estimate by the end of the week, but I guess the company has enough work that they don't want to bother with us. Very disappointed and would not use this company even if they gave me the best quote.

I met with Tim. He was on time and polite. He explained he was going to do the inspection and advised me afterwards. Once we made the decision to go with Titan Construction, Tim was very attentive. I asked him about colors and he was able to bring me samples that same day! When we narrowed it down to two choices, I asked for addresses of past roof jobs with our color choices. Tim was quick to accommodate. We signed the contract and he said he?d call me in a few days to get us on the schedule and they were about two weeks out for scheduling. Tim called about four days later and was able to get us done that weekend! They arrived on time, and took great care in protecting our property. Clean up was no issue at all. Other than the different color of our roof, you wouldn't have known they were there! A few days later we met to settle up on our remaining balance. He was on time for that too! Tim and Titan Construction, we thank you!

Contacted Atlas to perform very limited siding repair. Receptionist was audibly put out at the prospect of the small job, stating, "Here's the deal. Our minimum charge to come out and work is $350!". I appreciate that the business may set parameters for their contractors. I was not pleased at the tone of the response or the fact that it was contradicted by the experiences of several Angie's List members. Will not contact this contractor again.

The service ended up being okay, but it took forever for them to get out here and put them in. It was a little disappointing. I had purchased it right away, and then it wasn't installed for 4 or 5 months. It went on and on, and it wasn't until I called the manager who was on vacation in Colorado skiing. He returned my calls and took care of it as soon as he got back. They were installed in January or February. They did a wonderful job of installations, and the windows themselves are very nice. The interactions with them went well. The sales guy wasn't the greatest, he wasn't he was the Bill that everyone had said was good. He was such a talker, but he never got me my windows. The price was great.

It's very good quality. They did very good work. They responded to any request and everything I could want.

They are not professional. I have a wall that is not straight. The plaster they added on the sealing is coming off. We spent over 20,000 dollars and they have not come back to our home in the last 2 months to completed the job.

He was very good. He came over and he did the work very quickly. One of the shingles was missing after the storm and something else had fallen and he just did it and that was terrific. What I really like about him is that he didn’t try to sell me a new roof. I told him I can’t afford a new roof and he said that’s fine. Everything about it was really good.

I had replaced my roof 3 years ago. The original contractor (Figueroa 2nd Generation Construction http://www.figueroa2ndgeneration.com/ ) did a TERRIBLE job. They incorrectly installed the ice & water shield, put a green 1/4 inch foam insulation board on my roof, etc- all kinds of crazy things. When the past winter hit, my home was leaking in numerous places. After considering all my options, I had no choice but to replace the roof again. I went with Titan partially because they were so highly rated on Angie's List. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The sales manager, Tim Nilles, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and meticulous. He spent considerable time looking over my roof, went up into my attic, analyized the entire situation, and came up with a thorough plan within my limited budget. I watched every aspect of the installation. The roofers themselves were efficient, clean, considerate, on-time, and extremely professional. They answered any questions I had that came up while they worked. They did a lot of little extras for free, like fix broken glass around a light fixture, call dish network to professionally re-install the dish back up on my roof (saving me $50), etc etc. Everything was meticulously cleaned after they finished. I was very impressed with how they handled all the little details of the job. And also with how much pride they took over their work. Though it was a bad situation, I couldn't be happier with the work Titan performed. I recommend them strongly.

After interviewing several roofing contractors, and analyzing/comparing their products, processes, warranties, price and experience, Titan Construction was by far the best choice! They used the highest quality roofing materials (GAF with 50 year warranty), installed by their seasoned (9 yrs) roofing crew, and guaranteed their work for a lifetime (which is transferrable). No other contractors could match their price (when using the same quality of materials), workmanship, timeliness or warrantees. They installed my new roof (on a 2-story 4000 sq ft home with a very steep pitch) in 1 1/2 days. I signed a contract with them on Tuesday, and my roof was done by noon on Thursday. WOW! Their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work was OUTSTANDING and UNBELIEVEABLE. I strongly recommend this contractor to everyone. The roof is absolutely beautiful, and my River Run neighbors can't believe I got such an outstanding roof for such a good price.

I thought the provider was knowledgeable about our roof. He quoted $2,000 to switch out a vent and seal around the edges so the roof would last a couple of years. We decided to hold off.

I met with Bill Powers on 3/22 - went up on roof and looked around. Told me exactly what they would do i.e. total tear off etc. Assured me I would have an estimate emailed to me by 1:00 the following day. 2 days later I still had not received anything so I left a message at the office. It is now more than a week later and no one has returned my call or emailed me an estimate. Very unprofessional - if they didn't want the job all they had to do was say so. Now I see in other reviews they have done this before.

Fine However we asked for an estimate for work to be completed in the Spring and never received.

We had some issues with the initial scheduling, wrong date and them wrong location, Tim was very apologetic and we finally got a date and time to come out. He came out and I told him to wrong color caulk (my bad). He worked for about 45 minutes on the window that I was having the issue with, checked the other windows and he checked the roof. He was there about an hour. It is too early to tell if the problem has been resolved, he felt pretty confident that it would correct the leak. Tim seemed like a very good guy and knew his stuff. I would use them again.

It went very well and I used them for an entire reroof based on this interaction. It was a very good experience.

9 condo roofs-30 yrs.old-only one layer of shingle needed tear-down. Did tons of research, presented a "Request for Proposal" to many roofing firms. Most just wanted to reply with their standard proposals - not Titan. Bill Powers and crew came out, inspected roofs, did NOT try to talk us into unnecessary work - we know, however we need all new roofs. We do not look for the least expensive work - just the most thorough. We feel we got it! Did 2 roofs so far. Kelly (office) always got back promptly & got us help. Bill came right out when our condos - famous for large icicles and ice dams caused some interior damage. His crew cleared our roofs - we learned not to wait so long if this ever happens again! Research shows ice dams are not caused by roofs but fluctuating temps on roofs and attics (About.com.- Home Repair). Also delivered packets of each completed roof with final invoice and all warranties.

Never came back with estimate or fixing roof. going on Mar and still have tarp on roof.

Came for roofing maintenance. Had other work bid, took about a month before I got the bid. Poor follow-up. Sales guy was friendly though.

That was 5 months ago and those areas haven't been a problem since. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Bill walked us through it insurance process. Work was started and completed in one day as we were told.

They called me directly to schedule the appointment. They arrived on time to my home. One technician came out to do the work and they were here about an hour. Overall, I was satisfied with the work they provided.

I arranged a free estimate, and Bill came. He measured and said that i just missed the parameters for the Angie ' s List deal, but I could still get a window. I did. After months of waiting for a special order window, Kelly said the work could not be done over the holidays but we agreed on the 3rd. The 3rd was the blizzard, so we changed it the 11th. Despite several calls that day to all 3 numbers, no one came to install the window, and no one called me back. They do not value more than my money, neither my safety, comfort, or their promises. So I want my money back.
