Alex G. was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to meet. We called on Monday, and had service the same day. Pricing was more than fair and we now have a healthy working A/C unit. I would highly recommend TR Miller.

Service went well. Price for part was heavily marked up so no 5 star.

Tech did not vacuum inside the unit, he could not tell where to buy a filter. Looked it up myself. Hoses off 3/4 of outside unit- did not do the back of the unit until I told him to. Was gonna leave a mess on lower track of grate. For a $110.00. Tells me Freon was low, so there must be a leak, $85.86 per pound to replace. 4lbs needed. Cost of less than $20.00 per lb. All the while telling me he would have to send out an estimator to replace unit because of a suspected leak. Which was not located. A $3000-6500.00 replacement cost. And as I am talking to head office they keep trying to sell me service contract. REALLY? I don t write reviews. I had to this time!

They were quick and explained everything. My part came in the next day and we were cooling off a day later.

They set an appointment, called to let me know the tech was on his way, then showed up early. I m very happy about this. Normally I m waiting for 2 hours and upset by the time the tech arrives. When Manny showed up he was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Definitely will use them again. I also signed up for a service contract so I will not have to worry about my heat going out.

The team from TRMILLERS HEATING was polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They completed our furnace and airconditioner installation ahead of schedule, which was a good thing because we had been without heat for three days in December. When they left our house you couldnt tell that they had been here. Job well done guys.

I had my furnace inducer motor replaced by TR Miller heating and cooling I did not get an itemized bill. I was charged over $679 for an hour and 30 minutes of work for a part that cost between $90 and $110. I have no issue with the $79 service charge. Where I have the issue is the almost $500 for installation. If you break that down into how much an hour thats 250 dollars an hour. I did try to call to get an itemized bill on the hourly rate and the price of the part. I was told I would be given a call back by the service manager. I have not received a call. I had given this company the opportunity to discuss this with me before I wrote a review, but they decided calling me was not important. I appreciate the quick response as far as the service. I am highly suspect of the extremely high labor cost. I would seriously consider not using this company.

I have used several companies...T R Miller rates very high in my book! I will continue to use them??

Cody was great. Very knowledgeable. By that I mean he was able to break down what was going on to a lay person. That usually separates it for me. Definitely recommend and if possible, request Cody.

Very professional and consultative regarding by HVAC equipment. Mike even pointed out a potential draft issue with my hot water heater. Technology of tracking technician progress to my house was nice as well.

The technician was informative and polite. He explained everything that needed to be fixed on my furnace. The cost will never get a 5 on my list. but I always want a good job to be less expensive.
