The experience was very good. I had a bad experience with a previous company so was hesitant. Our tech Jim was very good about explaining everything that he was doing for the furnace tune up, prior to the work. I was told up front what to expect as far as cost, which seemed reasonable. He was extremely friendly and courteous, and thorough. He did a great job and reinstalled my faith as far as trusting TR Miller and I will definitely use them again. It’s nice when companies don’t just give you lip service but really take pride in what they do.

Cody was the technician, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Work was completed in less than an hour, he replaced my furnace control board.

Mike came to the house changed a capacitor on the AC after the big storm . Got my AC up and running in minutes .Four Seasons try to sell me a whole new AC unit for 6 Grand . Since Mike did so well I had TRMiller replace the water heater , something I have allways been putting off , gave me a fair price .

Mike came on time, already had mask on. Was very informative about AC problem I d been having. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional about finding a solution to our malfunctioning AC.
