Toussaint was excellent communicating with me prior to the project. He was on time and did a great job hanging a heavy chandelier from a 15 foot ceiling. He had the right equipment too! He’s also a very polite and engaging person. I’ll hire him again!

Toussant is a very nice person. He was on time. Saw everything and understood his work. Was on time the next day.. He was not ready to work when he arrived. Said he needed to get someone to help him. We chose a day few days later. I took the day off to see him so he can take care of the job. He did not come. He finally came on 3/5/2022. Was 1 1/2 hours late. Said he was changing light at his house. Did not have the right tools with him. Made a mess on the first job he started. Best part was he went downstairs while he was upstairs working. We thought he went down to get something. Instead quietly took all his things n left the house. Drove away without informing us. After 3 minutes texted me saying he cannot do the job as it is a lot of work. He said he understood everything. When he came over. Then why waste three days of ours I would never recommend him to anyone.
