Had a great experience with this company. I had problems with my front door & he fixed it quickly. He also replaced our toilet & explained (showed us too) the reason we were having problems with our toilet going through flushing on its own. He did both services at reasonable prices & makes sure the job is done properly. I plan to use him for all my handyman services in the future.

The handy man answered the phone right away and gave me a quick estimate for the work to be done. He scheduled the time he would come out and was there right when promised and did an outstanding job. We are having him come out again soon to install a new sink and faucet. He also tells us what parts he will need for the job. Couldn't ask for a better experience and result.

Toussaint did an excellent job for fixing our light switch issue. He explained to me the problem well and fixed it quickly!

My initial meeting with Mr. Reed was professional but I noticed he did not write down any details of the job. We communicated a few days later and agreed on a price and number of days to complete the job. The first and second day at my home things went well.. The third day Is when things began to fall apart. He was supposed to come To begin prepping walls for painting but did not which put him behind. He rushed to prep the walls leaving plaster all over the floorS and molding. He did not cover the floor and carpet, which were both stained. The painting was also rushed which when he removed the tape several areas of the paint pealed right off the ceiling.. He was expected to come at 8 am day 6 to finish the job and correct the painting but was a no show. When called to ask about his tardiness and job his behavior became inappropriate. Even accused me of not providing the supplies needed which extended the job. When the job was completed which was day 9, my toilet was leaking water, the faucets were not flowing correctly. A plumber had to be called to fix those things at my expense. Would not use again or recommend His services.

Did a great job! Ran into some unexpected challenges but went over and beyond to get the job done. Very Professional.

The work done was overall terrible. The nails stuck out from multiple places of installation making it dangerous for household pets and walking across from it. Work performed for cutting/saw work was done inside household and was not properly prepared (no vents were covered) leaving debris and quality of air after work was done. If I could leave a zero review I would. The work performed was not worth the amount I paid for. Edit: Owner attempted to resolve issues with initial job but multiple trips made it difficult to work around. Towards the end he became unprofessional, making remarks of my home, wanting to charge more for the mistakes done and for the same services already paid for the corneround, side moulding and base board along with the installation of the laminate flooring. Final work done scuffed floor due movement of equipment, nail/staple damage random areas across floor.

They have not started yet but I think they will be excellent . They are so great with customer service. We both went shopping for the house and paint and doors ant trim for the house . Then we chose what flooring we wanted. This was not only fun to do but exciting. Can't wait until it's finished.

Mr. Reed was punctual and knowledgeable which is extremely important to me. He knew exactly what he was doing and didnâ t take up much of my time to complete the job!
