I dropped the customer service rating because their scheduling is not up to snuff. When i scheduled them, i said AFTER Tuesday, and of course, they call that they were coming out on Tuesday. Then, they said they'd reschedule, and call me before coming out, but they showed up on Wednesday, which worked for me, but it was a surprise when they pulled up.
