I'm a little embarrassed to admit, but my carpets were a lot past due on the cleaning schedule. I have used SpeedyVac quite a few times in the past and they have always done a great job, but my husband thought they were a little pricey since you see ads on tv stating they will clean 3 rooms for $99 so the last time we got our carpets cleaned, we used one of the mass carpet cleaning services. They couldn't get the stains out of the carpet and said that the high traffic areas would not look good because they were worn, not dirty. I figured we would have to replace the carpets before too long, so I was lax on getting them cleaned. By May they looked awful. The stains that the mass carpet cleaner removed had all returned and we live near a rock quarry so there is always a lot of dirt and dust in the air, plus my family doesn't do a great job of removing their shoes once they enter the house, we had a sloppy winter and spring so everything was embedded in my family room carpet. We had company coming in and I was embarrassed at how dirty the carpets had become so I called Andre at Speedyvac. Andre came and used a restoration scrubber on the carpets. I honestly CAN NOT BELIEVE how good they look. I am no longer thinking of replacing the carpet.....it looks wonderful! There is a slight sign of wear in the high traffic areas, but I can't believe it is the same carpet. I will now remain diligent on cleaning my carpets and I will faithfully return to SpeedyVac. SpeedyVac may not have a $99 special, but they also don't give you $99 results. The results Andre got were well worth the price I paid and I know the stains will not return. SpeedyVac began cleaning my carpets almost 9 years ago and any spots they have removed have never returned.

Excellent. Andre was very professional. You cannot tell there was ever a run in the carpet. I spoke to 4 other carpet repair people before choosing Andre. Andre was the most expensive, but he also took the time to ask me about the repair in detail and then he described how he would fix it. He guaranteed his work. He came out the next day to fix the tear.

Even though I am 40 miles away from their office, Andre was willing to come out. They are one of the few companies that do carpet weaving for repairs and they accept major credit cards. I really wanted to hire him but I had committed to another company first and his office was so far away.
