Prompt, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The test came back and the system dropped our radon level significantly. Overall a great experience!

Eric was very professional. He first came out to do the quote and scheduled the installation for the following week. Went through all of the literature with me and also left information. For the first appointment, he was running late but called to say so well in advance so I wasn't left hanging around and waiting - which I found to be very positive with customer service - (I despise places that leave you waiting around for 6 hours with no contact). I had received different quotes from different places - one was slightly cheaper but his rating was not as good as I had seen for this company. I also got $50 off from using an Angies list coupon - bonus!! I would definitely recommend them!

Erik was very professional from the beginning introduction call to the day of service. He replaced our radon fan that was on its last leg. He was very knowledgeable and informative and explained the different options and components to my wife and I. This was very helpful as the system had already been installed prior to us purchasing our house. We will definitely use his services again, should we need them.

He was great. I had a tough situation selling the house and he just always returned my emails at anytime of the night. He went above and beyond. his communication and follow through was great. He knew how to handle a little more complicated situation and he was very professional. I think his quality of work and knowledge compared to other Radon people and he was priced very fairly. He didn't change his price. A couple guys I called were $500 more. His was way quick and easy, he was excellent.

The price was reasonable. He was very professional and he educated me along the way on what he was going to do and why. He showed me my options and I chose to replace the entire fan.

Outstanding! The team was punctual, and explained everything very clearly. Their website is also very clear about what will be happening. They were quick, and explained things as they went when I asked. He also explained how to tell when the device was working or not. They were careful to place the device where I asked. One small issue....I had wanted a White cover, and the installer only had a black one. (He had forgotten about my request....). He was supposed to come back the next day to replace the black with white, but it has been over a week, and I had to call to have him come do it.....He did say it was on his list and he hadn't forgotten.....he is supposed to replace the black with white today. Again, a minor item.

I had obtained several quotes before having this work done and Professional Radon Systems was within a few dollars of the lowest bid. Eric came to the house to make his estimate and gave a clear explanation of what he would do. He showed us several options. We had color coordinated piping on the outside of the house and also purchased a cover for the fan. The quote for a minimal system was in the low $1200s. They were very prompt when they came to install the system. The homeowners association had installed a new driveway several days earlier and they were scrupulously careful not to bring tar into the house on their shoes, walking out of the way, and using a tarp to cover the driveway where they had to walk. They were professional, cheerful, polite, and quick. They let us know about the leak in our sump pump and repaired it for under $40. When they had finished, Eric showed us the system and gave a clear explanation of how to monitor its operation. I am sitting in the room that has an exterior wall right by the system. It is running and I cannot hear it. Eric taped instructions on the wall by the system, so that we don't have to worry about passing anything on to the person buying our house. We have not had our second radon test yet, but if it is not satisfactory Eric guarantees his work and will come back to ensure satisfactory results at no charge. I am confident that this will not be necessary.

An estimator came out to my house at the agreed upon time. He really we thorough in providing the estimate, showed me pictures, helped me to understand how the system would work, etc. I really felt this was a high quality company. I have decided not to use them, as their estimate was $380 higher than another company, and this is for work on a house that I'm moving out of. However, if it were work I were doing and I were staying here, I would have chosen them despite the higher cost, as they just seemed to be much more professional, thorough, and detailed.

They came out really fast to give me the quote. This quote was not for my property but I would consider using them for something at my home.

Our house had borderline(between 2.7 and 4.3 pCi/L)radon levels when we moved in, with higher levels occurring in our(partially finished)basement. Although the average was less than the EPA regulations, we still felt it could be lower and knew that if we did something now, it would save us a headache when it came time to sell. We had three different radon mitigation companies come out and give us estimates. Each came in between $800 and $1200, but Eric Lewandowski of ProRadon was the best at explaining what they would do, and how they would work with us to lower the radon levels in our basement. He and his crew came in and installed one suction point at first, sealing all around our foundation and adding a new sump pump cover. After testing again, we found the radon levels had not been significantly reduced. So they came back and added two more suction points-including one directly into our sump pit-and replaced the fan with a higher-suction model. At this point, we started having sump pump problems(not related to the radon system)and so we had to hold off testing the new configuration until we could solve those problems and re-seal the pit. When we were able to re-test, the levels had gone down to below 2.0 pCi/L-which was the goal. Eric worked with us every step of the way and was very responsive to both phone calls and e-mails.
