They sent 3 very nice young men who introduced themselves upon entering my home. They arrived early & finished in less than 2.5 hours. Very professional & efficient. They answered all of the questions that I had.

Very professional service, high quality work. Price was reasonable, but it was more important having the right guys who know exactly what they are doing. These guys absolutely do and will make it hassle-free for you. Many good reviews, great reputation in the Glen Ellyn area.

John and Brandon did an outstanding job for us. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the process upfront and executed the project exactly as they discussed. John spent time upfront looking for the best option for where to vent the system and came up with a great option that is effective and not overly noticeable. I would HIGHLY recommend Professional Radon Systems.

The price was average. It passed whatever inspection we had to have. They're fast and they showed up when they said they were. They got there when they said they would. It's a situation where they know what they're doing and I don't know well. It was something I had to do because I had to pass the inspection.

Communication with this company was excellent! Eric explained basic price and add ons if needed (new electrical box, redrilling, etc). We already had the passive pipe. He arrived on time, and then install went very smoothly. He explained everything. Very professional and polite.

This company is busy and there is a good reason for it. They do excellent work. They discovered a plumbing problem while working in the crawl space and waited while the plumber came to replace a major section of drain pipe. They stayed on the job and finished the same day, as planned, without complaint.

Update: They contacted me & will return tomorrow to fix the system. They will also pay for the follow up test. They arrived on time & did the work as planned. However, the radon level in our house is higher now than it was before the system was installed. I emailed them and called them, but the business has not responded. If I hear back from them & they are willing to fix the problem for no additional charge, I will change my review. I heard back from them requesting further information, which I gave them. No response since I sent them the info.

Great experience, super nice and professional. They didn't even charge me extra when they discovered i actually did have a dormer window on the top floor, forcing them to adjust the original path of the vent.

everything went and looks great. Tom and crew did a professional job and was very helpful. Explained everything, cleaned up. Help straighten out my self-installed sump pump and back up system that was leaking. this is my second house were i have had them install radon mitigation. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Overall fantastic experience. Eric was very prompt and professional, and explained everything in great detail. We were not able to be present during the installation, we had zero issue with letting them in to work while we were not here.

Installers were professional, efficient, and thorough. They installed the system in half if a day, left directions, cleaned up the area and did a follow up phone call a few days later.

Radon mitigation work could be tricky for some locations. Even our radon level went down to 1.6 from 8, after the initial work one year ago, we found the radon level commonly went back to 3-5 when we measured months later. It seems fluctuate a lot in our basement due to some unknown factors. I called Eric and he responded very quickly, and visited us 2-3 times more and tried various approaches till he hit the right spot. Now the radon level has been 0.8-1.6 consistently since his last visit. They honor their contract and reputation seriously and worked very professionally in this process. Certainly A+++ contractor on work ethic, quality and price! They also installed a backup sump pump for us with about 1000, which we believe is a very reasonable price. Since we never get a chance to use it (for good), I omitted it from this review though I think they did a good job on it also.

absolutely excellent job ... professional, efficient, neat ... couldn't give them high enough praises!! Retested and radon levels are now the same as normal outdoor levels vs. the 21 that the house had before I bought it! Thank you guys!!!

I called based on Professional Radon Systems ratings because our radon machine was making a lot of noise. We figured it was most likely the fan which only lasts around 5 years then it is time to replace. This is common with radon machines. We have had a radon system for 15 years. I called Professional Radon and they called back within a few hours. They were able to send someone out the next day and said that they would call about an hour before they would arrive, which they did. 2 guys came, introduced themselves and immediately took off their shoes! Which I love! I showed them where the radon system was and let them hear the noise. One guy went outside to take apart the system and the other went downstairs to the basement. The fan needed to be replaced. It was only 2 years old and has a warranty of 5 years. We had used someone else to replace the radon fan last time and I didn't like their attitude so I didn't call them back. The fan was under warranty and Professional Radon replaced that day at no charge. They also noticed that we did not have the correct sump pump cover. I told them to please replace with the correct cover which would be sealed so that no radon would escape. They replaced and sealed that same day. Before they left they walked me through how to turn off the sump pump alarm if it was to go off and how to remove the 2 piece cover if we had to. Very thorough. I would give them an "A++" all the way around. Wish more companies would be this on the ball.

We used PRS Inc when we had a reading of 4.1 (the recommended level for safety has to be under 4.0) and we're selling our house. Eric and his team were very responsive, very professional and REALLY nice. It's a pleasure to do business with people who can be friendly, punctual and easy to work with. Overall, we are very pleased with their services. We are in the process of retesting, but I expect the results will be within range. We would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Had a radon system installed on Monday by Pro Radon and I'm very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. They arrived on time for the install and walked me through the whole system once they were finished. A+ company. Update: the radon system successfully lowered our levels from 4.8x to 0.7x and allowed us to properly close on the sale of our home. Thanks again.

Eric never actually came inside to give us a quote, he just "drove by". He said the building was too tall and that he couldn't do it. Our building is a small three story building, and he never mentioned anything about height limitations on the phone. He was supposed to arrive between 12 and 1 for an estimate, but never showed up. When we called him he said he drove by at 11am, but didn't have any contact info for us, so when he saw the height of the building he just left. Completely unprofessional for not even having our contact information, and not calling when he would be arriving at a different time. We still don't even know if he looked at the right building. If this is indicative of his service, I would think twice about using him.

.They were able to get in, and install the system in an afternoon, including digging down in to the foundation from the basement and installing a vent tube with a fan and level indicator. we were in the middle of getting the house ready for a moving sale and they were fairly quiet and not in our way. They even supplied us with a list of organizations that could do retesting (unfortuately we had no time to seal the house for three days prior to the closing, so we could not retest).

Everything went pretty well. We were very happy with the service. He guaranteed his work. They were professional and knew what they were doing and everything was very convinient.

The team was professional and explained everything as they worked. We asked them to paint a pipe to match the house paint and they did so it would be less obtrusive. All went according to plan.

Eric was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and punctual. Our radon levels dropped to safe levels after the system was installed. I would highly recommend him.

Eric Lewandowski responded quickly with a site visit and subsequent quote. His bid was not the lowest but we felt that he would do the best job for the price. Installation was uneventful and looks good. I would recommend this company.

Eric, the owner, and his crew were friendly and professional. Eric was easy to reach by telephone. The work was finished in under 5 hours. After the installation, we needed the electric to the fan rerouted following installation due to a quirk in the idiosyncratic wiring of our old building (we discover that the fan shared the same wiring as a light switch in the basement), and Eric came out in a timely fashion and immediately fixed the problem. All in all, a pleasant experience.
