Description of Work: Polar was fantastic! We needed a new system for our 1200sqft condo: hot water heater, furnace, and AC unit. We got 3 quotes and Polar was by far the best price for the quality. They were $5000 cheaper than Four Seasons (who used to be my go to company). The Rheem units they installed are energy efficient and quiet. Great quality! The service men were wonderful and patient in explaining everything to us.

 + -1 moreTHE SALES PERSON SOLD ME ON THEIR SERVICE. PART OF THE INSTALLATION AGREEMENT WAS THAT THEY WOULD INSTALL A HEAT DUCT TO THE BASEMENT. THEY DID NOT AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE, AND I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE AND WATER HEATER.
