NRG Electric

Description of Work: I agreed to electrical work for circuit breaker on October 5, 2017. I wrote a check for $1,500 deposit. Per Mr. Vucinic, he had me write on the check the job cost of $2,500, less deposit of $1,500, balance due $1,000. He cashed the check immediately on October 6, 2017. Every time work was scheduled there was some excuse - hurt his back, wrong part, family emergency, etc.). I have texted repeatedly about scheduling the work, and finally requesting a refund of my $1,500 deposit but Mr. Vucinic has not responded to the texts. On Monday, November 13, 2017, I sent Mr. Vucinic an email requesting a refund of my $1,500 deposit. I have not received any reply. I have also called him and left voicemails requesting a return of my deposit, but no response. NRG Electric’s business cards lists a Better Business Bureau rating of A+ but in fact his BBB rating has been REVOKED and there are two complaints list against him with same situation as me. NRG Electric has not been at the address listed on Angie's List for over a year and a half. He took my money and then never showed up. I want my money back.
