The crew does a thorough job, from the initial walk around to discuss what would be done to the final walk around on completing their work. My projects included removal of age discoloration o the siding--siding was clean and clear of any algae. All my concrete surfaces were clear of any discoloration. And the wooden swing set looks like new! I feel they increased my curb appeal tremendously for selling my home!

The team was very friendly advising what they were going to do and completing a walk around the home when they were done. They did a nice job and didn't miss any spots. Will use them in the future.

A representative showed-up, on time. I had mold growing on the exterior siding, of my home. He explained that soft washing would minimize damage to the siding. The price was $550.00. On the day of the actual work, the guys were an hour late, due to equipment problems. The mold was very heavy on the rear siding, and was successfully washed from all the siding on my home. I was told to contact them if mold reappeared within 2-3 months, and they would do another application for free. But no guarantee they mold would not appear in the future.

Overall good job only complaint they ruined my tomato plants.

National SoftWash, Inc. did excellent work on the siding of our house which was covered in algae. After making initial contact, they got back to me in less than 24 hours and promptly inspected the property before giving us a quote. Then when I went to schedule an appointment, they told me they'd had a cancellation and got our house done the very same day in which I called. Our siding looks wonderful, and (BONUS) our windows are clean too! Everyone on the team is courteous, prompt and professional I highly recommend National Softwash.
