They arrived perfectly on the time that was arranged on the first day when I wanted my estimate, which they did for free and their price was much lower then any other big company that I contacted before and they were no sales people they were the professionals who do the actual work, they first inspected all of my subfloor to see if the flooring would be okay to be installed as it is, they told me right away that we should do some sanding on my plywood as its slightly uneven in some areas and that its a extra cost but they also informed me that if I don't want to do it, that they can lay the floor down as it is as long as I take the responsibility for it, I agreed to everything as even with the plywood sanding their price was still lower then anyone elseIi contacted, the work was amazing, the older man of the three was the main installer coordinator, as the youngest who was one of his sons talked me through everything in big detail and answered any questions I had any time, the work was great, its been a long time since I seen anyone put so much detail into their craft, they took their time installing everything to make sure its good, they were not rushing at all. The baseboards and quarter round were cut to a perfection, even with my very crooked walls they look almost perfect everywhere, I would use these men again for a flooring job for me anytime.
