Description of Work: Had 4 chairs to be reglued and found Kuhl's Wood Refinishing, who had better pricing and checked out well on reliability. Also had him fix a mirror that had slipped in its frame. Very happy with the results Very professional and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They sanded the table and chairs (solid oak), removed the gunk of 20+ years of use, and re-lacquered same. Turned out beautiful. Most of the other places had a 2-4 week waiting list and 3-4 weeks in the shop. Kuhl's picked it up on Sept. 26th (3 days wait) and returned it on Oct 8th!

+ -1 moreThe dresser was a family piece and was in decent shape to begin with. Some of the veneers were damaged, and there were some minor dings and scratches. The worst part was that it smelled of cigarette smoke. The process took a while, as expected and communicated. The end result was beautiful. We asked for the reddish color of the mahogany to be toned down, and it turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Additionally, the interior of the drawers were coated to be sure any residual smoke smell didn't leach through. We were extremely happy with our experience.
