They vacuumed and cleaned my whole house. They always do a terrific work. I use them every two weeks and they do a perfect job.

I called Kesap Klean because my wife broke her foot during our recent move and was in a cast. I needed an extra hand to finish cleaning so we could be out of the apartment on time, I called on a Thusday afternoon and asked for a Friday appointment. The earliest they could schedule was Saturday at 0800. The cleaning crew was a little late, but they got straight to work. The crew (2 male, 2 female) arrived in clean uniforms, and although young, were very professional and respectful. They all worked hard. I would not hesitate to call Kesap Klean again.

The estimate I was given for an initial move-in cleaning was 4 ladies for 1.5 hours for a total cost of $150. Instead it took 3 ladies almost 3 hours for over $200. The house is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (and small baths at that). I was a little surprised at how long it took, considering the house was completely empty and not really that dirty to begin with. Overall they did an OK job, and the poor girl who did the kitchen really had her work cut out for her (that room really was dirty!). They only used rags, not sponges or anything to scrub with, although this may be normal/standard practice. Bathroom light fixtures and a ceiling fan were not cleaned because they did not bring any stepstools. Overall the work done was just OK, but s ince I didn't have to do it, I guess it was worth the price.

Kesap Klean has done a good job for me for the past six months or so. They run a pretty tight schedule, but if they are running late, they call and let me know. Every once in awhile, an area of the floor will be missed, they seem to forget about the bottom of water faucets too. Sometimes rugs that were moved to clean under are not placed back where they belong. But to their credit, the next week they hit the spots they missed so they do respond positively to criticism. The employees are clean, friendly and professional. They get right to work as soon as they get here. I've been happy with them and would recommend them.

They charged us $50 an hour and they were here for about 3 hours, so about $150. They were fabulous. They were very thorough, very pleasant, and extreme hard workers.

When I called Debra the first time, she was great about explaining the costs and what services I could expect. I explained that I had remodeled the kitchen, both baths, and had new floors, carpeting and painting done, and that it was so very dusty. She assured me that they could handle that. The team of three arrived on time and were very pleasant. I was glad because I was not comfortable having someone else do my cleaning for me. It's just that with all the remodeling dust, I could not keep up and clean up properly because it was too overwhelming to me. They were very nice and accomodating. Before they used a product on a surface, they asked me if that was what I wanted them to use. Sometimes my answer was "yes" and sometimes it was "no." When they finished an area, they told me to feel free to take a look and see if it is how I want it and let them know if there was anything I saw that needed to be redone. They had to go over the kitchen floor twice due to the dustiness of it. What they did in 1.5 hours would have taken me 2-3 days! I am just so happy to see the house so clean!! I would definitely call them in again if I am feeling overwhelmed and need help.

They were on time and everything was done the way that I like it. It looks great! They were friendly and even took off their shoes. They asked me if there was anything else I needed and invited me to look it over and make sure it met my standards.

It will take a little longer to really be able to tell but they?ve been fine so far.

Overall, I was very pleased. I was impressed with their postive attitudes, how kind they were to my children, and how they seemed to enjoy working together. They did an excellent job cleaning as well! I will definately recommend this company to others and will use them again myself in the future.
