Jim scheduled an appointment for an estimate and came when he said he would. He gave me a verbal estimate and then sent me a printed one by e-mail the same day. He came with his helpers and did nice work. He was courteous and pleasant.

As it turned out, I did not need new gutters. I am so pleased with the honesty and respect shown to me by the service professional. He located the source of the gutter problem and remedied it without trying to sell me unnecessary products. I will definitely use J&K roofing for routine gutter maintenance and any roof work that I may need in future because I found them trustworthy.

Jim was very courteous and professional from the start. He set up a visit and was right on time. Provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled the installation date. He called me to confirm and the work crew was on time and finished the job quickly. I have recommended J&K to 2 of my neighbors already and will recommend them to my family and anyone else.
