Went well. Came on Monday rather than a Friday like stated but weather might have been an issue. Not a problem. If my tree looks better i’ll Rave. Will have to wait and see

Matt came out the day I submitted my request for an estimate - a Sunday ! Gave me the estimate on the spot and called the following week to schedule. Everything that we requested was done in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price and Matt was easy to work with ! Would recommend Illinois Tree Service without hesitation !

Matt and his crew have done work for me before, and as always, they did a wonderful job. Very professional and did the work without damaging any other landscape plants nearby.

I called to receive an estimate for getting a large pine tree in my backyard cut down along with stump removal. Matt scheduled my estimate for the very next morning and politely called prior to arriving. The price was reasonable given the size of the tree so I mailed my signed contract the next day. As soon as my contract was received, Matt called me to schedule the service. The service was performed the following week and was done quickly and professionally. The crew was careful not to damage the house or other healthy tree next to the tree being removed. They cleaned up after the job and were done within a couple of hours. Highly recommended and I’ll use their services again in the future.

The work went very well. They provided a quote quickly and followed up with a date to perform the work. The day the work was done they completed everything quickly and professionally. Everything was cleaned up and it was all done in 2 hours. I will defiantly use them again and will endorse them to others.

Performance was excellent and clean up was thorough. They scheduled the work in a timely manner and arrived on time.

Initially I thought everything was going well. I did not notice areas of concern which my husband did. When addressed Matt called my husband a terrible name and hung up on him. All we wanted was for him to address a couple of dead branches that were still on the tree. I would expect an honest person to at least stand behind his work. I did not find that we were listened to.

It went great, they came out to give estimate with 3 other companies. Once we decided to use them, they scheduled job and performed it with no problems.

Large maple trees in backyard that had branches which had been touching the house. In addition, smaller trees in front with similar problem. Had one of their workers actually rappelling up the large trees in the back to do targeted trimming and resulting in a pleasing shape with still adequate shade for deck. Notable care to avoid cut branches landing on house. Excellent work and then complete cleanup afterwards, with no residue for even small branches. They did a wonderful job, and highly, highly recommend.

Completed all work in few hours. Very neat and conscientious. Would hire again and recommend.

After a communication snafu at the onset of this job, all went smoothly. The crew arrived on time, did the work as asked, cleaned up. They were very courteous as well. I did not have one of the limbs removed as asked by the climber as it appeared to be viable and healthy. As such, I would say that the job was halved, but the price was not. This is why I gave a B for price of work done.

Would definitely hire them again. Did a great job including clean-up.

Very well. Professional assured me that because the tree (a locust tree) has very strong wood, more drastic measures were not necessary.

We had a 60 foot chinese elm tree taken down in our front yard. The team from Illinois Tree service showed up on time and had the entire project completed in about 4 hours. The removed all branches and debris - the yard was spotless. The following day while raking out what was left of the stump, I noticed some roots that the team had missed. I called them and within a few days, they returned and removed the remaining roots. This is the third time I have used Illinois Tree Service - once to have 2 large maple trees trimmed and another to have an pine tree removed. They are my only "go-to" for any future tree service.

Everything went extremely well couldn't say s bad thing about the service. Price was very fair ( I had 2 other bids). Stumps were ground down twigs were raked up and trees were quickly removed Personnel were also very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend

Great. John showed up for the estimate on time and provided some suggestions that we implemented. The price seemed fair for the work. Matt contacted me to set up a time for the crew to start the work and again they were there on time and did a great job. They cleaned up and had all their tools back in the truck and my wife noticed one small thing that was going to bug her. So they got out their saws again and made one last cut. We are very happy and will call Illinois Tree Service for any future tree needs.

This crew was fantastic! Everything was all down, taken away, stump ground, all within an hour and a half. If you need tree work done, I would highly recommend this company!

They did a nice job, very prompt with response to my call. Price was reasonable. They cleaned up areas and removed branches that were cut. Would use again.
