Everything was great from start to finish. Very nice people to deal with by phone getting it arranged and in person with the technicians who installed the new hot water heater. Same day installation was amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I appreciated that they called to verify the height of my old water heater which they advised that I would need to get a shorter water heater due to venting. I agreed they came replaced my water heater, Replaced some pipes and hauled the old one out. They left everything clean. Service and the cost of water heater was about 1,850.00.

DRF negligently installed a water heater in my home and caused a water leak that damaged my neighbor's unit. DRF has refused to take any steps to repair the damage they caused for over a month.

The intake person was very good, asked relevant questions, and helpEd me determine the most appropriate electric water heater. The installer, however, didn’t Know how to read our circuit board and thought it couldn’t handle the water heater so he took It back. I called another place, the water heater was more expensive and was smaller. Because I needed to Have Hot water I took what was available. I’m not happy with it as not everyone gets a hot shower. I’m even more annoyed because our circuit board could have handled The larger size.

Came out the same day to replace the water heater, within two hours. Installation was quick and the site was left clean. The gentleman who replaced the water heater also explained steps on how to work with the new water heater. A bit pricey, but overall very satisfied.

Efficient and professional service. I purchased a new toilet at Home Depot, which was delivered the day before. Prearranged installation service went smoothly. DRF technicians came out the next day and worked quickly. The entire process took less than an hour and the old toilet and all waste materials were removed. I was impressed with the speed and quality of their work. I would definitely use this service again.

Very poor experience. It became clear very quickly this company will try to overcharge and I'm surprised Home Depot uses them. I plan to discuss with Home Depot and strongly suggest they consider an alternative. We finally were able to switch to another company for the install but they insisted on keeping $400 just to remove the old tankless water heater from the wall.. which took them all of 30 minutes! Other company said they would have charged $125. Terribly unreasonable! Also they were very slow to return our calls.

Excellent, same-day service! Could have gotten a little cheaper with a local guy but he was not available, and with an old heater already leaking water in the finished basement, needed a replacement pronto. The work done by Brian and Brandon was exceptional. They came within 1 hour after I made my purchase through Home Depot and were fully prepared and had everything needed. Much to my amazement, they finished the whole job in under 2 hours. Excellent work and it looks great, too (if you can think of a great-looking Rheem water heater). Now if it only lasts as long the 37-year old original heater that was just replaced, I will be really, REALLY happy!!

We contacted Home Depot emergency number so the price includes the self clean hot water heater and the installl. Couldn't have been better! Very professional, accommodating and friendly service men! They were in and out in an hour! Left everything clean and explained what they did and how to work

The job was scheduled through Home Depot, where I had found the model I wanted. The two-man crew arrived on time and the entire job, which included some updates necessary to meet local code requirements, was completed in about 2 hours. I had previously obtained a quote from a local contractor who was highly rated on Angie's List, but I rejected it because the price seemed excessive and their proposal was not for the brand of heater I wanted. Going with DRF Trusted Property Solutions saved me about $600 compared to the other contractor.

They were great. Very informative and professional. I would definitely use them again.
