Called on a Saturday morning hoping to get a hot water heater replaced the same day. Andy G. and Michael T. arrived literally 15 minutes after I got off the phone with DRF. They were total pros, installation took a couple hours, and they did a beautiful job. Top notch all around.

The team at DRF were competent, honest, and professional. Thier were many road blocks to get the job accomplished but DRF stuck with it and everything came out great. Can't say enough about Donovan and Kevin excellent to work with.

Kevin located a possible leak on the pipes, which were corroding, and told me all the options. We had a few pieces removed and replaced and everything is as good as new.

They are Home Depot's plumbing contractor. They were very informative on the phone as I was evaluating both tankless and regular replacements. They gave me a quote via phone (other providers insisted on a visit to do a quote and it required a fee). They were about $500 cheaper than the other plumbers I quoted ($1650 for a 50 gal, 9 yr warranty Rheem). I was able to schedule for a same-day service. They did arrive late in the day but did call about an hour before arrival. Mark and Scott were very pleasant and made sure everything was up to code and working. They cleaned up very well after themselves and made sure all my questions were answered. There was a misunderstanding about a charge for installing a drain pan that I had bought. I bought the package that included any work needed to bring it up to code and a pan was code for a 2nd story condo. Mark called the office and we got it straightened out quickly. He apologized several times and it was an honest mistake. The price was exactly as quoted and they honored the Angie's List discount.

They came and got right to work. He was very professional and talked us through all the work that had to be done. We ended up having a gas leak we didn't know about, and the previous owner had installed things himself and none of it was to code. After the water heater was installed, he even capped a gas line for us! Took him five seconds and was a real help to us. Would definitely recommend Kevin.

Went flawlessly. Both men were very professional and courteous. Install went great. Tom even pointed out some install flaws from the previous install and corrected them.

It went extremely well. We were nervous because we just had our basement painted and "accidents" happen but moving tanks in and out with no marks on wall was a pleasant surprise. We greatly appreciated the care taken by the tech. Both were extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were lucky to have placed our order and get it installed same day, on our schedule which was awesome!!
