The entire process went great. Very fast & responsive, thorough work, and the technicians took their time to make sure everything was done completely and correctly. Very nice team to work with, conscientious of my home and animals as well. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Quality of work was fine but took two people 4.5 hours to replace two 40 gallon water heaters. Price was extraordinarily high for what was done. They would not honor 30 day best price guarantee because competitor quoted different brand of water heater. Regardless, they could not justify to me the $1500 difference and offered no refund. Very disappointed in their response to a valid comparative estimate.

Overall it went well. They recognized the water heater I had quoted over the phone would not output the same amount of water that my old one had (didn’t have the model number available at the time when calling). Ended up going with a 75 gallon heater instead of the 50 gallon. Workmanship was excellent (they ended up moving the flue, gas, and water lines to make the 75 gallon fit in a different location).

Sales was helpful with making the right product selection even though I thought I had the perfect selection. Asking for pictures during the quote was a great recommendation to reduce any assumptions. Scheduling was ready to go the next day and even we weren’t that quick so we found an appointment first thing the day after. As promised, the team called to confirm the right install and location. The installation team was very helpful. They reviewed the existing WH and made a recommendation to replace one valve as well as downsize a part (price decrease, too). Install took around the time they suggested. They were clean with install and polite throughout. Would recommend.

It was good experience. Phone call for scheduling and understanding different choices is very helpful. Installer came on time, ensured safety and cleanliness of the job. I felt like price is little steep. But didn't want to take any chances with gas heater. So even though i got much cheaper quote from handyman, i chose this company, and have no regrets

I'm thinking of my basement floor which they kind of scuffed up quite a bit. I had a hot water heater installed. In the process of removing my old hot water heater and replacing it with a new hot water heater, they scuffed up my basement floor I had painted, so from that standpoint I was a little unhappy. I don't know what category to put that in exactly. I thought they could have been a bit more careful.
