Description of Work: Replaced an old water heater. Cost includes price of the new water heater. Contracted through Home Depot, where we selected the water heater. Explained all the code changes and what needed to be updated, as well as additional charges. Friendly. Professional. Cleaned up when done.

Description of Work: Excellent service. I needed work separating my grey water from my rain water. Rich was great at explaining what needed to be done and how to do it cheaper than previous estimates from other plumbers. I was impressed by his willingness to problem solve the most efficient, reasonably priced alternatives. My grey water was mixing with my rainwater discharge. Other plumbers told me I needed a second pit dug for the grey water costing upwards of $7000!! Rich showed me that all I needed was a sink drain for my washer!! Rich is set to come out again and do further work in the coming weeks. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend the company, with Rich as the lead man!!

Description of Work: They were supposed to install a 9-12 yr. hot water heater that I originally ordered through Home depot When their plumbers got here, they said it wouldn't fit. I was told by other reputable people, "yes, it would." They took my old unit out and put the exact size in. "A switch and bate." $906.71 for a $288.00 6 yr unit. What a rip-off. I had a Village inspection ( it's required) they said, I could have had the unit I wanted. It took them 35 minute total time. I was told by the Home Depot, they pick the unit up and bring it. No, it was on their truck. I was in a bind. My hot water heater was leaking all over my basement. I did the cleanup. They marked off that they did. I feel they took advantage of a Widow. Oh, they claim to a "faith based company"...disgraceful.

Description of Work: Installed a new water heater. They did a good job however within a week I had no hot water again and they had to come out and replace a brand new part with a brand new part. Then it happened again a week later with a different brand new part. Probably more to do with Rheem and the bad parts but it was frustrating since everything was brand new.

Description of Work: DRF took what could have been a very frustrating experience (my water heater blew up) and took care of the whole situation. They price-matched my best estimate, arrived punctually, and provided their service in a professional and knowledgable manner. The installers were pleasant, helpful and skilled. They performed their work in a timely manner, and cleared the area of all debris when they were through. I would have no hesitation in using their services again, or in recommending them to anyone.

Description of Work: The crew was on time, professional, excellant. I wanted to use them again for hvac, but they couldn't meet my timing, even with the estimate, so on to others. Just the same, they were just fine.

Description of Work: They installed a sink for us. The guy that came out installed the faucet that was supposed to be a swivel, and it didn’t move at all. We went back to Home Depot, because they were the one who sent the company out to install the work. We ended up buying a new faucet and they had sent the same guy out again to do install the faucet. He was successful this time. They were pleasant but I probably wouldn’t use this company.
