DNB Concrete Raising

The DNB Concrete guys were top notch.

Weather and equipment was plauing this job from the strt but they persevered and got the job done. My sidewalk was stubborn and took a lot of prodding to make it move. The end result was a nice level sidewalk to the front door,

I hired them to raise my concrete and level it out. James who i think was the owner came out and explained that the concrete would be level and all we would notice is the caulk that fills the cracks. The first time his guys came out they did a horrible job. They made the patio more uneven then it was creating more of a trip hazard, did a horrible caulk job, left garbage laying around, and now my patio has a bunch of spots where water pools and collects. I called James right away, he came out the following week and fixed the caulk job and filled the crack his guys missed altogether. He then tried to explain that they could not make it even because of tree roots, funny thing is we have dug up all around the patio up to 15 inches to remove paver blocks and there were no roots in sight. After telling him that he dropped the excuse about the roots and changed it to concrete was not done right in the beginning and that is why its cannot be even. Not sure how he knows all this when he was out of town when the work was performed. I have contacted James numerous times in the last 5 months and get the same story each time. Each time i contact him he ensures me they will be coming out to fix the patio however, it still has not been done. I do not recommend this company to anyone as they are very unprofessional, do not have a clue what they are doing, and lie threw their teeth. We will be hiring another company to come fix DNB's mess ups and filing court proceedings against them and home advisor. I waited this long to leave a review to see if he would come fix my patio as he said he would, but i guess once he cashes your check you are no longer important to him.

My drive was very uneven James and his two crew showed up, leveled all the uneven areas and cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient I would call them again

James from DNB took my call on a Saturday and quickly came over to provide a quote. He advised me my idea wouldn't work correctly., on Crete raising. We decided on floor leveling. After listening to my remodeling schedule, he got me into his schedule quickly. Price was fair and work was well done. He and his men were professional. He was quick on a followup when I had a concern. I have recommended his company to my neighbor.

Turned out very nice. They raised the driveway too and did an extra block on the walkway Bc of a tripping hazard. I am waiting for the caulk to dry, they tell me it will dry darker which will be a better color match.

They were on time they work quickly my driveway and sidewalks look great.
