Description of Work: Called to get a quote for a basement remodel; spoke with a friendly woman who said that someone would get back to me to schedule a visit and perform a quote within the next 3 days. It has now been over 30 days without any reply from them. Poor customer relations-- they'll certainly not grow their business if they ignore potential customers.

I am not sure who you spoke to but it may have been Annie or an our intern Ciara. Dan and I (Kevin) handle all of the sales and estimates for our company. We both looked through our incoming bid request sheets that are created when customer calls in but we cannot find your sheet. We pride our selves in our follow up process but you must have slipped through the cracks. So far all of the design and pricing analysis has been free until I decide to sign up for a contract. They have excellent customer service and an excellent website. They provide no-pressure sales. They give me all the information and they left me get back to them. They don't call constantly for follow-ups so it is very nice working with them. The seem very knowledgeable and have been building for between 20 to 25 years. I was speaking with Dan, the owner, and he knows things off the top of his head because he has been building houses so long. He knows price ranges, times and neighborhoods in the area that he is building. He also knows the rules and covenants in the areas that he builds. He is very knowledgeable and good so far.
