Rich identified the issue in no time and resolved it almost immediately. He also took a look at some other unrelated items, consulted me on my home theatre project in my basement and fixed my snow blower too. I know whom I am going to call next time I need someone.

I did not care for the way the outdoor light was installed. Had I know that it will wind up costing me even more money for additional parts and for someone to come out and install that, I would have never had him install it in the first place. The workmanship was fine, just the way it looks is disappointing. I would have hoped he would have realized what the finished installation would look like. Also, He does not accept credit cards. Only checks and cash.

He was friendly, on-time, quite responsive to my questions and was very amenable to a small request I made re: installing an outlet that was not part of the scope of work. I was impressed with his timeliness and ease of flexibility. Will definitely use again in 2 weeks.

Fantastic job on both issues. Returned my initial phone call within minutes $57of my leaving a message. He set an appointment for him to come and check the fan. He texted the night before as a reminder and called the next day, advising he was on the way. He was early for the three appointments. He had to order parts for the two different jobs. Great job and I would definetly recommend him!

Richard came out during the time window he provided. He removed our old ceiling fan and installed a new one in under an hour. He also explained some options for tying the light and fan into the switch on our wall. He was friendly and took care to keep our room clean during the install.

We first had Custom Power Electric over to fix our leaning electrical box that Nicor would not come over and fix. We were so pleased with Custom Power Electric that we have called them back to fix our ceiling fans and light switches.

Very pleased with my visit from Rich. He was able to diagnose my problem and get it resolved in 2 hours. He was very open with what his plan was and explained everything along the way, which I appreciated. There were no surprises for what he billed me, as he explained how he does his billing to me on the phone before he ever came out. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.
