Rich was very friendly and punctual. We were able to communicate via text and email ahead of time with photos of the trouble spots he was going to work on. I had many little jobs for him to tackle at a new house I purchased.

Everything went very well! I called Rich on Thursday and asked if he can do this job before Monday. Luckily for us he could. He was early for the appointment, which is better than late! (He did call me to let me know he was on his way!) He did the job quickly and without any damage. Much faster and cleaner than my husband and I could have done! Additionally, he is very knowledgeable about older forms of electrical wiring like BX. I'm sure that he'll be able to help us with many future electrical needs.

The job by the electrician went well. All of the tasks (mentioned above) were completed in a timely manner.

I had a small list of electrical jobs I was looking to get done, the primary task being a chandelier I needed to have installed, so I gave Rich a call to get an estimate. His price was very reasonable, and he was able to work me into his schedule. He showed up when he said he would, and went through the tasks efficiently.
