Excellent service for a great price!

Bill looked over the job early in the month and assured me my older homeâ  s floors we salvageable, and he could get them looking good again. He didnâ  t have any availability until the end of the month. We Arraigned a start date. Bill didnâ  t show up for an additional 5days. Each day heâ  d say heâ  d be here on the next morning. He was rude telling me my tenant could wait another day when pressed for a start day. When he finally did show, he texted me he couldnâ  t do the job due to the condition of the floor. I hired another contractor who showed up when they said they would and the floors look fantastic. If your looking to move all your furniture out and patiently wait for your contractor to show, or have your project run late, Billâ  s your man.

Bill is a highly experienced craftsman who knows exactly how to solve a floor problem. My problem was somewhat unique and when he had finished the job, the replaced wood was a perfect match to the undamaged wood. We are most happy with his work.

Because of his over 30 years of experience in wood floor installation, repair, and refinishing, Bill is a true expert in this field. When removal of carpeting from our hallway revealed staining and damage to the hardwood flooring below, Bill replaced the damaged boards. He refinished the entire hallway so that it looks brand new. Bill also refinished the floors in two bedrooms, recommending the products and techniques that would best cover stains and rough areas. Because of his extensive knowledge, Bill gave great explanations and made helpful suggestions. Bill proved that he is willing to take on challenges. When he encountered unanticipated issues , he readily found and worked through solutions. I highly recommend this company and would readily hire Bill again for future projects.

Bill, the owner, is very friendly and communicated regularly with me. He and his assistant were very pleasant throughout the project. They were punctual and kept the work area neat. Bill’s estimate was substantially less than I had been quoted by 3 other companies. I gave him a shot…I was not disappointed. The job was completed on time and the results were lovely. My wood floors are rejuvenated! Very happy customer!

Our wood floors were in bad shape after 21 years. We talked to multiple companies and received multiple quotes. Bill Clark had good references. He had the lowest price as well. However, we did not contract with him for that reason alone. We saw some of the projects he had done and knew he was the one to work his magic on our floors. The floors turned out great! They look like new. He and his workers were professional, did a great job of minimizing dust, and kept a clean work area. Most important was the detail and quality of his work. By the way, we found him to be nice guy as well.

Bill made several suggestions for the work we wanted for our 100-year-old wood floors. His estimates were reasonable, especially compared to the other estimates we received. He responded to calls and texts promptly and his manner was always friendly and professional. If we had any complaint, it would be that Bill is in such high demand that we had to wait a couple of weeks before he could fit us in.
