First, the owners of the company, Kathy and Margaret came to my home to assess it. They gave suggestions about the positive aspects of staging, what rooms to stage and pricing. They were friendly, polite, efficient and direct. Within a week the furniture movers delivered the furniture to stage my house. They were very careful with all of the furniture pieces when placing them in each room. Next, Kathy and Margaret, using the furniture and home accessories transformed my empty home into a beautifully decorated space. It was warm and inviting and pleasing to the eye. I was very impressed. After our home sold the same furniture movers carefully removed the furniture. The whole process was smooth and organized. I am really glad I chose Chicagoland Home Staging when selling my home.

I wanted to provide and update since we've put our house on the market. The wife did say she did not want to move but her attraction to her newly born grandchildren is stronger. We've been on the market one week and we've had showings everyday, thanks to the fantastic looking pictures due to the staging. Every feedback survey we've had is that the house shows as a 5 (scale from 1-5) 5 being the best! Even people who wanted a much bigger home are considering on making an offer, wow! We are sure that we will get an offer soon and I welcome all Angie's List members to use Margaret Gehr and Chicagoland Home Staging for staging and or decorating. We are moving to Indiana and will certainly be using her services again. I do recommend that everyone de-clutter their home before they use Margaret Gehr. We watch alot of home shows so we did. It made all the difference as Margaret and her team were able to do everything in one day. As i stated above, they provided various pieces of furniture, lamps and all of our wall art. I have attached some pictures, I can tell you these do not do Margaret justice as our home is unbelievable!
