Jim was actually early for the appointment, which I always appreciate! He was very friendly and knowledgable.Gave me all of my options and was not at all pushy in terms of getting me to purchase any blinds.I could tell the customer service is important to him, and it made working with him a pleasure. I ended up starting with changing blinds in the master and kids room, and will budget in the rest of the house throughout the year. All in all, a great experience, and the price was definitley right. I should have my new wood blinds with 2-3 weeks.

We have worked with Jim and Laurie several times over the last few years to replace broken or worn out blinds damaged by kids and pets. The blinds that they install are high quality and look great in our rooms. Jim and Laurie have always been very helpful, professional, on-time, and friendly - we highly recommend their services.

Budget Blinds was great to work with. They were very responsive about setting up an appointment to have an initial design consultation. Our house is new construction and they were able to come in and measure in advance of our meeting. They had a lot of great samples and were very easy to work with. I liked that they weren't trying to sell us things we don't need. At one point we made a suggestion for a certain window treatment by the sliding doors and Jim said flat out that he wouldn't sell us that because with our lifestyle (six kids) it just wouldn't stand up to that wear and tear. The install was great. Everything worked out well. I'm very happy with the products. Especially the luminettes in the family room. I would definitely use them again.

This was a good experience overall. I would recommend that if you elect to work with Budget Blinds, try to have some design ideas in mind before your first appointment. I was surprised on how little design input they offered in our decision making process. I believe that they would benefit and gain customers' confidence with some basic drapery/window treatment knowledge such as what are standard drapery lengths, etc. But their customer service and follow through is excellent and that was appreciated.

Budget Blinds helped me decide and install on every single window in my home. Mark was extremely helpful and patient as well as their main office in Mokena. They came out twice without any issue so I can be sure of my decision and be comfortable with it. I contacted 4 other companies for same and only one other somewhat compared in my comfort level. Budget Blinds came in about 3-4k less than others. And less $ does not mean less quality!!! They did a fantastic job with installation. I highly recommend.

I found them to be professional. They knew what they were doing and what they were talking about. They knew what I wanted, my budget amounts, and came up with good suggestions.

Holly and Tom Kloth came out and showed me samples and took measurements. They were both professional and knowledgeable about their product and offered great suggestions. Within two weeks my blinds were here and ready to be installed. Tom came out and installed them. They look great and I would and will recommend Holly and Tom Kloth to my friends and relatives.

The owner, Jim Burns, came to my home after there was a question about how blinds were mounted. He gave us different options. They are high quality window treatments at a good price.

THEY HAD SOLUTIONS FOR SOME DIFFICULT WINDOWS WHERE OTHER COMPANIES INDICATED 'THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE'. THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS FABULOUS, FITS EVERY WINDOW PERFECTLY, AND THE INSTALLERS WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
