Dave was punctual for every appointment. He went straight to work evaluating the house exterior, then the roof, then worked his way through every inch of the house. He thoroughly inspected EVERYTHING in each house! From turning on each light switch, checking every outlet, turning on appliances, walking on the roof, poking around the attic and then some! All the way, Dave took photos and brought up any issues he found as he went. Dave was quick to answer any questions we had during the inspection and provided honest answers. If Dave hadn't performed as thorough of an inspection on two of the homes we previously had offers on, we would have ended up buying a nightmare house riddled with hidden issues and costly repairs. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, and to-the-point. I would confidently recommend Dave for any home inspection.

This guy was great!! He came to perform a home inspection and radon test for my grandmothers new home. He was very professional and thorough and answered any questions we had. He took his time and even took time out to communicate with us about unrelated topics! We felt very comfortable and trusting during this time. Would definitely hire him again!!

Fantastic. Dave was very helpful and walked me through the house, explaining in detail the inner workings, the minor problems and even how to fix them. His recommendation on fixing the jet tub switch alone will save me what I spent for his services. Thanks again Dave!

Very well. Dave is very knowledgeable. He guided us through the testing process, and when the test came back high for radon, we had a mitigation system installed which brought tha radon levels down to 0.

My husband and I had our new home inspected and the radon checked by Mr David Dinsick from BRT Home Inspections. He was professional and engaging from the outset and always returned phone calls without delay. He arrived promptly at our prearranged appointment and immediately set up multiple radon stations. At the end of the inspection he discussed with me the main problems he discovered and made sure I understood all of the information he provided. Within 12 hours we were sent a comprehensive and informative report covering all aspects of our new home with photos to illustrate his observations. He pointed out things we should be aware of, even those that were beyond code requirements. Went very well. Very professional and the home inspection was in depth. I was shown how to operate everything and all my questions where answered. The inspection report was professionally done and included pictures and everything checked on the house. We also had a radon test done and the results where included with the home inspection. Definitely the best home inspector I have used so far! Highly recommended, would use again!
