I contacted 5 landscapers to have my yard taken care of and only one called me. I was so disappointed. This guy who is now doing the yard I'm not too thrilled with him. The owner came out promptly and they were wonderful. He spoke to me and arranged the services but the guy who is actually doing the services is bad. They've done it three times and I've asked them to make sure to do the trimming. They use a big machine in my yard and it's tearing up the place. They keep telling me they don't know what else to do. They were out last Friday and 2 days after it didn't look like the yard was ever mowed. I'm going out and pulling weeds after they were done. My yard is not that big.

They are wonderful people to work with. they understood what i wanted done. had always gone above and beyond with their work

During the initial visit for the estimate he was right on time, and very courteous. They were on time and proficient, they rapidly did all the work and were done in a few hours. My only complaint was that after the initial estimate it took a few days to hear back from them as to when they could perform the work.

They did an excellent job. They were always very nice, on time, and extremely professional.

Originally they responded right away. He was very nice and explained what he would do. We agreed on a price and about a week later they showed up to install the system. They hit the phone cable so I was without phone/TV/Internet for a while but they accepted responsibility and AT&T came out the next day and made repairs so it wasn't that big of a deal. The sprinkler system worked great. The weed killer attracted more weeds than killing them so I just put down my own and that took care of them. They stated they would come back out in or around November to winterize the system. The end of October I called both the cell phone and office phone along with a text and no response. I tried again in November, still no response. I ended up having to call another company to come out and winterize the system. I was happy in the beginning but in the end, I had to go with someone else.

My husband loves them. The price is a little bit on the high side but it is reasonable. They are very timely and they come when they say they will. They do a thorough job each time. They are consistent.

They were supposed to do my dethatching and aeration on a Saturday. It did not get done until the following Tuesday. But when they did get there, they got the job done quick and good. The owner Francisco was very courteous and informative. They came to do the sod on a Wednesday morning. They arrived in the morning and cut out the old grass with a sod cutter. They then graded and tilled the area and eventually laid the sod. I was concerned the measurements wouldn't give us enough sod so I offered to pay for $50 worth of extra sod to make sure we had enough. In the end they finished the job in about 4 hours, let me keep the extra sod, and didn't charge me the $50 for the extra I asked for.

He was really good and did a real good job. I already recommended him to my sister and she used him to do work around her house.

All went well except for a few minor things . The folks at the shop were very good and very helpful but I learned that you have to keep an eye on the workers , translations to the workers may not have been as good as they should and several things were not done to my specs but over all a good job.

I like that they are family owned and operated. They have been responsive to concerns we've raised. They generally do a good job cutting the lawn. Could stand to be more attentive to trimming and their mowers are too wide to be used in our backyard -- they miss spots that do not get cut -- I raised the issue last week with the guys who were cutting (while they were cutting) but they still managed to miss a few spots (lots of curved lines in our backyard). I have not raised the issue with the company though and my guess is that they will be responsive when I contact them. They've been battling the weather so far this year and I appreciate that they do not cut when raining or overly wet -- they've been great about letting us know when they would be cutting if not on our regular day. 2014 Update: Not happy anymore. Still waiting on a quote to do a spring cleanup and refresh our mulch -- that's 2 months overdue . . and we were promised that it would be provided last week . . . I think they took on way too many jobs and can't manage the workload. Showed up at our house on the 8th when I wasn't home and were mad that someone's been cutting (my husband's been having to cut) and were not nice to my nanny.

From start to finish - Francisco was very polite and professional. I could tell from the way he walked around the yard pointing things out that he knew what he was talking about. I felt very comfortable because he didn't push or try to oversell the job. He basically said, "We can do the work, you just tell me how much work you want me to do." They were a little late, but I was scheduled for the afternoon - he said he spent a little extra time on the previous job that morning, and wanted to do it right. I felt comfortable that he would treat me the same way, and they did. They worked into the evening, long after I expected them to pack up and leave. They just kept trimming, and cleaning up. They did a great job. They hauled away all the garbage and yard waste when they left - unlike the last guy who bagged it up for me to carry down on trash day! They also fixed a section of my patio pavers that had settled in and was coming apart. He said the installer didn't install them right and they had shifted when the ground underneath had settled. In the end, it looked much better, and he said if they move on me again - his work is guaranteed, and he will come back and fix them. The other part of his guarantee that I loved! During his initial visit - he told me he has a "Don't pay me guarantee!" He said if you are not 100% completely satisfied at the end of the day - Don't pay me. He was serious and even had it on his proposal! And based on the amount of "extra" work they did - I had no problem writing that check when they left! I would not hesitate for one minute to hire them for another job. Good luck - and I hope this helps.
