+ -1 moreSteve and Cathy were very timely, responsive and flexible in setting the appointment. They were here when they said they would be and were able to quickly diagnosis the problem. They did state that they were not the right people to proceed with the job, but did take time to answer my questions where they could, drawing from their own personal and business experience. They also gave me referrals to other companies that were more appropriate to what I needed. I appreciated the honesty, knowing what they were good at and having a network of experts around them to refer to when needed.
Description of Work: consulted on cold spots in home, specifically the second floor.
