Armored Floors did a great job, floor looks wonderful. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. This is the second time using them, I had my garage done and liked it so much I had them back years later to do my pool house. I would recommend them to friends and and family.

This is a notice for anyone considering Tammy Johnson and Armored Floors…DON’T!!! Tammy, the owner is disreputable, to say the least. She promises the moon, agrees to everything and never follows through. Even though I wrote endless emails and texts, called and confirmed over and over, nothing was ever resolved. It was a endless battle to get in touch with her and when I finally would reach her, she would promise to be out and not show up-over and over again. In the end, she won and we had to pay another company to re-do the inferior workmanship on our brand new construction after we already paid once. She would say she was doing us a favor by fixing what the contractor damaged, but the company we had re-do the work showed us the many incorrect ways Armored Floors finished our floors throughout our home. I don’t understand how she stays in business-every time she had the same excuse-she was in the hospital. Now if that woman really has that many health issues, that is unfortunate. But if you are going to run a business and take peoples money for services provided, you need to provide those services, and stand behind your work when repairs are needed. If she was physically unable to perform, there should have been another employee to handle the business. Instead, she just ignored us. Tammy is not the person you want to finish your floors-she is unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest-a very dangerous combination for anyone investing their hard earned money into their home. Please heed this warning and find another company to finish your floors.

They never contacted me and I've contacted them via Angie's List over 3 weeks ago. Angie you need to get rid of these contractors as they are wasting my (and others) time!

They were responsive, returned calls, scheduled when it was convenient, showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up. It was expensive but it is worth it. The floor looks great, is easy to clean. No more crumbling pitted concrete.

Very smooth job--done in one day. They offered the polyaspartic coating for what others charged for plain epoxy.

Armored Floors did a superb job start to finish, and the price was right. I would hire them again and recommend to anyone.

Of the six or eight companies from which I received quotes, Armored Floors was the ONLY one that actually provided references, even though three others said they would. I spoke to two high-end contractors and one private-residence customer and all three raved about Armored Floors and the owner, Tammy. A certificate of insurance was provided as soon as I requested it. Overall, Armored Floors was prompt, professional, and careful. There was virtually no odor during/after installation. The crew were Tammy's employees, not subcontracted workers. The cleanup was perfect and the crew answered my questions fully. My cost was higher than average (by about $500) because I requested a moisture barrier which is not always necessary; however, for the exceptional result and full warranty, I believe my money was very well spent. The work included repair of cracks, repair of concrete subfloor in some areas, and removal of oil (see before photo#1030147). My garage floor looks amazing (see after photo #1000061) and because of the full flake granite system and decorative flakes, the floor is not at all slippery. I recommend Armored Floors without reservation and even told Tammy that she could give my name and phone number to customers requesting references.

This was a very easy transition, from the moment of scheduling an estimate to the final day of service. Terry, the sale rep was very informative and was knowledgeable in the services provided. He took me through a step by step process, and was flexible and immediate to respond at any time with any questions or concerns I had. I am absolutely in love with our basement floor. The workers were efficient, polite, and lef the place spotless! Great service, so glad I found you on Angie's List. Thank you!

Although I thought the price was a touch high, the company did exactly what they said, exactly when they said they would do it and it was much cheaper than replacing the garage floor (which was in very rough shape). The garage floor looks fantastic. Armored Floors was easy to deal with and provided a 10-year installation warranty. If this floor lasts 10 years, I will be elated with this result. So far, so good--I would recommend them.

The rep from Armored Floors was great. She responded quickly to our request for a quote and came out with samples of the product and how they would approach the job. The feedback from the crew was great. The job was done on time and budget with no glitches. The work crew were professional and very respectful of our property and everything from start to finish was great. Our garage floor looks amazing and we are ready for winter. Very happy with the end results, only wish we hadn't waited so long to get this done! A+

This company was awesome. I had wanted the cement basement floor to look nicer without installing carpet or some other covering that would be susceptible to any water or mud. Armored Floors provided me with the perfect answer. The owner made the trip out to estimate the job. She was prompt at every meeting and gave us a good price for the work. A couple days prior to the start date, she followed up to make sure we were ready to being. She and the workers showed up as promised and knocked out the job in about 2.5 days. I LOVE the finished product. This company was a dream to work with and delivered a superior product. I would hire them again in a minute!

We are very happy with the work Tammie and her crew did for us. So pleased, in fact, that we are looking to have Armored Floors come back when we are ready to have our now unfinished basement, eventually finished with epoxy coated concrete slab flooring.

I dealt with Tammy, who is the owner of the company. After some initial difficulties in connecting and getting a time setup to complete an estimate, she was excellent. She was very helpful in explaining the different options for our basement and brought with her 2 x 2 ft examples of the actual epoxy finishes. We initially thought we were going to do a concrete stain finish, but after seeing the epoxy's marble-like appearance, we decided to go with it instead. Their prices were also much cheaper than the 4 other companies we talked to (less than half the price). We are very pleased with the floor and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

They were on time, on budget and thorough.
