I could not be more disappointed in the work done by Mr. Pedrick. I hired him to reframe and install a solid wood door, sliding closet doors, and replace trim around both. My problems with the work are as follows: - he cracked some trim with his nail gun and did not replace it - the sliding closet doors are rubbing - the new door framing is not flush to the floor - he installed a solid core door instead of a solid wood door Mr. Pedrick declined to return to my property to make any of these problems right, even though two of them are easy fixes. Such a shame, he's a nice man but I'm out $470 on some very careless work that I now need to hire someone else to fix. This was my first time to use Home Advisor and feel severely burned by this experience. I am unlikely to use them again.

they were very timely; the owner said he would be by my house by 11:30/12, and got there at 10:30! seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I was in a jam and he was great at helping me out in such horrendously cold weather!

Jason was very easy to work with and clearly went the extra mail trying to find us interior doors on sale and then dealing with a number of issues stemming from how work was done at our house previously. I recommend Jason and will use him for any other carpentry type work we have to do.

Jason was prompt and was able to give me a estimate over the phone. Most other repair men did not respond or was not giving estimates because of the winter season. Jason made the repair the following day. I was happy with his services and will use him again in the future.
