They are excellent. My family used them for many years, like 40 years. It is a family owned business. The father passed away, but the the kids took over. They are great.

I've been using Mark for more than 20 years, through two moves. I trust him completely; he has never pressured me into buying anything before I was ready. If I've needed him on a holiday or weekend, he's never let me down.

Mark arrived on time and performed in an efficient and friendly manner. We have used his service to replace an aging air conditioner, clean air ducts and perform routine maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner. We find him to be reliable, reasonable and trustworthy.

The system is working great and has no problem keeping up with the cooling during the heat spell we are in. (can't say that about our old system)

Mark Farkas installed the furnace and a/c unit for the previous owners of my home in 1987. I called him this morning and even though it is a holiday, he said he could be here between 5:00-5:30 pm today, and he was!! He identified the problem with the a/c unit immediately and charged a fair price for work performed. I am so impressed with his professionalism that I have made an appointment for him to come back and service the furnace for the fall.

GREAT!!!! Came out at our convenience and did a complete and thorough job. Great that we have a good HVAC guy right in the neighborhood!!! A++++++++

SUNDAY MORNING, 4 DEGREES OUTSIDE, FURNACE WON'T WORK. I TRIED TO RESTART AND COULDN'T. MARK CALLED BACK FAIRLY QUICKLY. TOLD US HE'D BE AT OUR HOUSE IN 45 MINUTES. SHOWED UP IN 45 MINUTES. HE GUESSED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD RUN IF HE WAS CORRECT. HE WAS EXACTLY CORRECT ON THE PROBLEM AND THE BILL WAS EXACTLY THE BALLPARK PRICE HE'D GIVEN US OVER PHONE. ALSO LOOKED AT WHOLE-HOUSE HUMIDIFIER WHILE HERE TO CONFIRM IT WAS WORKING. VERY HAPPY. WILL USE HIM IN FUTURE FOR HEATING/COOLING NEEDS.

MARK DOES THE WORK. NICE GUY, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THE FURNACE CHECK WAS THE LAST THING WE HAD DONE. WE HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR YEARS, ALWAYS WITH GOOD RESULTS.
