Called and left the message about the nature of the service required - nobody called back.

I called Accurate Plumbing and Mike called back to schedule a service call for the next morning. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. He was very well organized, explained everything he planned to do and kept me posted on his progress and what he found. He completely removed and reinstalled the toilet, making sure it was level, in less than 45 minutes and he left the work area spotless. This was my first experience with Accurate Plumbing and I was completely pleased with both the work and the price. I will definitely call Mike the next time I need a plumber.

Mike was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike was prompt and friendly and professional. He removed a very old and sediment-heavy water heater and replaced it by himself. He also quickly replaced an old valve that had seized up. I will trust Mike to do all my plumbing work!

Mike came out within the hour when I called him on a Saturday as this was an emergency with water pouring out of the toilet and a plugged drain. He was very nice, performed the work and solved the problem quickly.

I was a little dissappointed that when the worker came out he was in a rush, he did not bring a camera with him so he could not help us fix our leak. He said that he had another job to get to but he would help us find someone that did have a camera and would be able to locate the leak for us. He never called us with the reference that he said he would give us.

He did a great job! He was punctual and professional. He was clean while working and cleaned up after he was finished! I would highly recommend their services!

Mike did a great job with all three projects. Changed the pump egress pipes so that they were more efficient and attached the outside faucet to the brick wall, something the builder did not do. Was on time for he appointments and cleaned up afterwards. Pricing seemed reasonable.

After our toilet was clogging frequently, Mike recommended replacing the toilet as he indicated that replacing it would be cheaper in the long run than him coming on individual 5rips to clear the clog or and quot;snakingand quot; it. He is consistently punctual, personable, and honest. He also installed a new sump pump efficiently, quickly, and at a fair price.

Mike was here promptly and did a fine job. I would recommend to others in the area and will be using him for any future projects.

They were very polite. I continued to have problems with one of the toilets and he came out a couple of times and tried to fix it. For the most part he did but there were a couple of things that we did that actually did fix the problem. By in large he did a really good job especially with the water heater. It was a very tight space and he had to move some pipes. I would use him again. The price was pretty good. He could have done a little bit better job on the toilet but he did a really good job on the water heater. He had to come out the initial time and two other times. Basically I was very pleased. I could get hold of him anytime.

He was very prompt when I called. He puts me in very quickly and he was very professional and friendly and I just like the quality of his work. He did it very efficiently and quickly. It did not take him long to perform what he had to do and he had it done correctly. The pricing was a little above average but I think it was because of the brand we got.

We have used Accurate Plumbing many times over 6 1/2 years and he has always resolved the problems quickly at the best price and highest Quality.
