Dan arrived exactly when scheduled and was extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through the entire process and did a great job. Even though we haven't been able to test to see if it is fixed yet (there hasn't been any rain) - he made sure to remind me several times that there was a lifetime warranty and if I noticed any water at all to call them and they would come right out and fix it. The team was great and had the best price on this repair that I could find. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them to my friends.

I am in a new construction house and had a water leak in my basement. The representative came out to evaluate the situation, checked the sump pit, the drain tiles and the exterior for cracks. Turns out the problem had to do with flashing and caulking. The builder has ultimately fixed the problem. The representative who came out was very responsive, prompt, courteous and accommodating spending time investigating the possible source of the leak. While we did not use their services, I was impressed by the thoroughness and effort. I would highly recommend you have the Crack Attack Team look at your issue and recommend a solution. Should I ever have need of their service I would not hesitate to use them.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job. On short notice, they were able to come out and perform work described in two days. Tim and his guys were very professional and very easy to work with. I will give them a very slight downgrade to a B on quality due to so so clean-up. The main job itself and everything else was an A. I highly recommend Crack Attack. They did a great job for me.

I had them come out the first time and I felt confident in their process and happily paid them the extra to fix the problem. Following their visit, I still had water in the basement. I tried multiple times to leave them a message through Lisa without a return call. Finally and randomly, I got a call from the owner. They offered to come back out to try again. I then received another bill and still have the same issue. Basically, they solved nothing since I have the same problem in the same spot as when I started.

It went really well. He did not try to force me to buy anything which I did not need. Everything was explained as he was moving through the home of what it should be and what it would look like if there was a problem.

I had a crack in foundation in the crawl space area of my home. Crack Attack Team inspected the area and Jason gave me a very competitive quote. They arrived on time and completed the work for the amount quoted. What else can you ask for?

They fixed and sealed the crack in the foundation and cleaned up the area. The work was done professionally and I appreciated their timeliness.

We still have the same problem so I would not use them again in the future. They were nice and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards. It was like there was no trace of them left behind.

They came and it was okay for the initial period, for the special. However, when they started giving me prices they were too expensive. I found somebody else that was so much cheaper. They were on time. He was professional. I would not use them again in future.

Repeatedly failed to get return my messages. I guess this company doesn't like money. Purchased a "Big Deal" (Big rip off waste of time) and could never get them to return my messages or schedule appointment.

The work was performed in professional and workmanlike manner. Two crews responded; one to deal with the foundation cracks in the interior and one for the exterior work. They left the site the way they found it, which was a plus. One issue was a scheduling mix up delayed the originally scheduled appointment from the morning to the early afternoon. I was notified 30 minutes before the original appointment time. Fortunately I had taken the day off of work and had other work to complete at the house, so this was a minor inconvenience. In all, I found the work satisfactory and even with the scheduling issue which was dealt with by a reduction in the service fees, I would recommend Crack Attack to others and would use them again.

The man came out and looked around, he did find a crack in the foundation ( which was good ) but there was no inspection report either left or mailed. Their ad said foundation inspection.

The job needed to be rescheduled due to lack of access to the cement - and rainstorm. However, they made it good by honoring the 15% off - and doing over and above work.

I do not feel that this was a good deal at all, for the time the associate spent, I don't feel I recived an inspection at all. They did not walk around my home fully. Nor did they even walk around the exterior. They were here maybe 15 minutes and only looked at what I pointed out. I think the exact services that will be performed need to be explained up front. In this case it's fairly vague.

Jason came to inspect our basement and let us know what options we had to waterproof our basement. After inspecting the basement, he let us know that someone had already done waterproofing work before we moved in. He gave us a good description of the work that had been done and informed us that he would've recommended doing the same, so he didn't have any additional recommendations for us that Crack Attack could do. He did cover some plumbing-related issues that would also lead to water in our basement and suggested we call a plumber to look at those issues and consider addressing them. All in all Jason was professional and very helpful. He called to let us know when he'd be arriving and answered all of our questions. Although they did not do any work for us I would use them in the future if we needed this work to be done.

They were here for ten minutes and said I didn't have any foundation issues and that was about it.

I thought it was a joke. He claimed that he did the testing and all those stuff. He said the value of it was $200. Literally, the guy came out and gave me a quote. I didn't see any value in it at all. The guy said he was going to do some testing and analysis and there was no testing and analysis. It was a ripoff.

The Crack Attack team was great. They were very punctual for the consult. The person who came explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a clear cost estimate. They scheduled the work immediately once we decided to go with them. One crack had been "repaired" by the builder but started leaking a couple years later. The Crack Attack tech chipped off the mess before repairing it correctly. He was at my house by 7:30 am (perfect for me) and out by 8:30 after cleaning up everything. They could probably have talked me into more services since there are some problems in my basement. but they did only what I wanted without any hassle. I would hire again.

I decided not to have the service done because I decided to go elsewhere, however I was very pleased with the professionalism and quick response this company gave when addressing my issue

Well they came out and walk thru to see where the water was entering into the basement the soil around the house was look at to.

I had a leak in my basement and called Crack Attack to come and give me a quote. I took an afternoon off from work for the quote. The guy that came (I think Joe was his name) was very nice and friendly and provided some good information. However, he could not provide a quote as the potential crack was behind a drywall and he's not responsible for tearing up the drywall looking for a crack. It would have been good for them to let me know beforehand so that I could have done that before he came by. But not a big deal, and I ended up finding the crack myself after he left. I then called them for a quote and received the Angie's list rate and scheduled the service. The work was scheduled for an afternoon, so I planned to work from home in the afternoonto be able to have them come do the work. I get a missed call in the morning without a voicemail. I did not get a chance to call back until I get a call from their main office later saying that their guy came by to do the work but no one was home. ??? I had clearly stated an afternoon time but they got the time confused. The main office was apologetic and took $50 off of the quote and rescheduled for the following week, early in the morning. And the guy came a bit early this time, which was fine. The work looked good and they asked that I wait for a big rain and check for leaks before closing up the drywall.

The job went very well. The guys were all professional. They started on-time and kept things cleaned. Very satisfied with quality of work.

I did not use Crack Attach for my repair. They gave me information on what type of company I could call for the repair, and how we could fix it ourselves. I was very pleased with the information I received.
