Description of Work: I purchased this deal, and the company sent me a message asking my contact info for scheduling and telling me they would contact me shortly once i provided my information. I sent them a message back with the info, but they never responded. I do not want to do business with a company with such poor communication.

Description of Work: Rating is based on inspection & bid only. No work was done. Matthew came out and inspected the foundation, sidewalk, etc. to determine where the water might be coming in. He gave me a bid to replace some sidewalk. Unfortunately, weather kept me from having the work done every time it was scheduled. The ball is now in my court to reschedule with him but I may have to wait awhile.

Description of Work: The estimator and service providers were prompt and courteous. They repaired 3 cracks in our foundation. They arrived at scheduled time, went right to work and cleaned up all areas they were in. Matthew fully explained the process, what to expect and what to do after they left. Would definately use them in the future.

Description of Work: I paid through Angies List for a "foundation evaluation" to determine how to solve basement water problems. The Crack Attack team performed the evaluation on schedule. Their advice was first rate and addressed all problems. Their repair estimate was very reasonable considering the nature of the problems. |I am currently saving up to make the recommended repairs - and intend to use Crack Attack for the repairs.
