They didn't seem interested or capable of stopping the leaks coming from my basement walls. They made a repair that did not take. I have not called to complain because I don't believe I will receive a satisfactory response.

Everything went well. It was easy getting in touch to schedule, they showed on time, and they pointed out a lot of issues of which we weren't previously aware.

Overall, it was a good experience. I will use their service again in the future.

These guys were very professional and did a great job of sealing the basement crack. More than a year from now , I haven't seen any water seeping into my basement. They even have a mechanism for future service , where they can simply inject the concrete into some plastic tubes they have in the concrete wall.

Everything turned out fine. Their work seemed to be good and we have not had any leaks yet with minor rain fall. I am waiting for a heavier rain fall to see if everything works okay. There was one person here doing the work and it took about an hour to complete the job but the clean up was a little slack.

Tim was prompt, cheerful and courteous. He prepared the foundation wall then infused it. The water seemed to be coming in only in the area of the crack so for $149. we gave it a try. I had a very good experience with Crack Attack when I recently got my existing sump pump replaced. I had called a few companies to get an idea of what I should get installed and how much it would cost. Crack Attack was very prompt in coming out to my house and in providing an estimate. Tim was the one who had come and he took the time to explain to me the Zoeller system which he recommended. I had researched a bit about sump pumps and knew that these were good quality pumps more so as compared to what I had which was something I got from Menards and installed last year in a pinch. I had several questions for him all of which he answered very well. He also said that the new pump would be much quitter than my existing pump and when I told him about the "slamming" noise I heard from my sump pump every time it ran and stopped, he knew that the problem was with the check valve and recommended replacing with a Zoeller one as well. I called some other companies and some of them were giving me appointments 2/3weeks later and some just wanted to give a quote over the phone. The price Tim quoted was very competitive also compared with some others for the exact same system. I decided to go with him and he came in the week after to do the install. He came on time and did the installation very smoothly with any issues. He installed the sump pump w/ the battery back up system and replaced the check valve and cleaned out the sump pump well of some silt that had accumulated. It took him less than 2 hrs to do the install. The job was neat and professional and he then explained to me how it worked and what signals I had to look out for from the monitoring unit etc. This is pretty much a no maintenance unit and has been working wonderfully since. It's very quiet and we don't hear the pump go off and on like we used to with our old one. All in all a very pleasant and good experience with this company. Tim even called up after a week or so to check if everything was working well. I have had a lot of jobs done on my house over the last two years since we moved in and this was one which I was able to get done really quickly and without any hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend this company.

My daughter (over 21) was at the house when the work was done. Concrete had to be removed. 12 inch strip , about 30 feet, and a new sump pump dug and put in, along with the pvc to go to the outside. They had this done in 1 day and done an outstanding job. The men came in, done the work and cleaned up. Crack Attack Team were wonderful. Thank you for your professionalism. The Crack Attack Waterproofing Team called on or before Friday, 12/06/2013 as they said they would to schedule an appointment to have a crack repaired on my basement wall that ran diagonally from the ceiling to the floor. I made the appointment for Thursday, December 12th then realized after looking at the crack closer it went behind quite a few shelves on that wall and I am was going to have to remove things off the shelves and take the shelves down. Because of that and the holidays coming up with a lot of extra things to do, I called Tim to reschedule this appointment to after Christmas. Tim called back right away and agreed that I would call him after the first of the year. The appointment was rescheduled for January 21st. One of his workers came on the agreed day at the agreed time. I had a few questions and he answered them thoroughly explaining step by step what he was going to do. In a very short time the crack was repaired. We are experiencing a brutal winter with sub-zero temperatures and an abundance of snow so I really won?t know if there is no leakage until warmer weather, but as of now everything is sealed tight.

Called Matt as a second opinion to what was projected to be a very serious foundation problem. Another company quoted $20k to lift our foundation sub-floor to deal with a sinking garage floor and crack issues inside the home. Matt came out and told us right off the bat our best bet was to hire a structural engineer to come and evaluate the situation. He shared once that's done, I could bid out the job based on their scope of work, which would be needed by our Village when permits were pulled. I am thrilled to have taken his advice because our engineer gave our foundation a clean bill of health and saved us a ton of money. If we ever have true foundation issues, Crack Attack will be our first call!

The proposal representative Matt answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the entire process. I chose an upgraded service, however I never felt any sales pressure. The technicians were punctual, cleanly, and completed all work satisfactorily. I would certainly use this company again.

They were helpful, informative and professional. I can't say if their prices were more competitive or not because I was so impressed with the people that did the work that I didn't do any additional shopping around. I thought the price to repair 3 cracks, remove the dry wall, fix an outside issue they felt was causing the problem and provide a transferrable warranty on the repairs was very reasonable. I dealt with Matthew. He showed up for the appointment on time and was very professional. Matthew gave me an estimate and after checking with several other firms I decided to go with The Crack Attack Team. The work was scheduled for one week after agreeing to go with The Crack attack Team. The entire job went extremely well. Matthew sent a crew of 7 that worked the entire day to complete the job. The entire crew was very personable, polite and professional and answered all my questions regarding the work they were doing. Work was done very professionally and they cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend The Crack Attack Team.

Tim showed up at the arranged time frame, reviewed the crack and got right to work. When I had questions he was able to answer them while he worked. When he was done he cleaned up the work area taking everything with him. If I have another crack in the foundation I would not hesitate to make another appointment with the Crack Attack Team.

The Crack Attack team came in and repaired the cracks, it has been 7 months and I have not seen a drop of water come in through the cracks, I did have water coming in through one of the cracks previously. It was not a lot of water but enough to worry. The cracks had unsuccessfully been repaired in the past by a previous owner using cement and I'm currently confident the cracks have been repaired completely. Scheduling with the crack attack team was probably the most difficult, the provider cancelled on me a couple times but we finally were able to get the work done. The price and service was great even though there was a mild inconvenience with the scheduling but I'm not complaining about that, just letting people know that you may experience that.

I purchased a Big Deal for a basement inspection because I had a leakage. They said I needed a sump pump. I thought since they were an A rated company, they would be the best. They said if they ripped out the floor and wall, they would put it back. After they installed the sump pump, they did replace the wall and floor. They wanted to run the pipes through my flagstone porch, but I didn't want people to trip over the pipe, so I asked to have the pipes placed somewhere else. They said they could do that, but after it was completed, they told me the pipe would freeze. They should have told me it was not a good idea to run the pipe that way. Then they ran another pipe in front of my porch, when I told them I did not want that. They did not provide me with a correct solution. Then I had to sign a receipt that said the pipe would freeze. They also dumped the concrete debris in my yard. This was very disappointing.

Short visit, quick diagnosis and prescription for outside repair. (First relief: no destruction of finished interior.) Crew came the next day, dug, found problem and fixed it. Price was as promised. Speed, ease, cost all far better than I was expecting.

The service went fine. The guy is pretty knowledgeable and professional. He was dressed neatly and was very good. They did not charge me more than $55 and I think this price is reasonable.

I had an inspection of my home due to a pending sale. He found two cement cracks in my basement. Matt came out the next day to estimate the cost. He sent Will out the next day to do the work. They were punctual and seemed to know what they were doing. The cracks never gave me any problems but the house sale necessitated that I address the problem. The price seemed a little high for the amount of time it took to do the work. However, they were there when I needed them and that's what is important.
