The supervisor and a couple workers came in and began electrical work. They were in and out for a few weeks working on the projects. Then they worked upstairs to work on some drywall in a couple of rooms as well as insulation. The supervisor would show up each day, but continuously left the group unattended and they appeared to be inexperienced. They worked hard, but they didn't seem to know how to perform the job. I believe the workers could have done a better job if the supervisor was present. They even asked my husband how to do some of the work. We decided to let Micha know that we did not wish to continue with the services with unexperienced workers. My husband had to go back and redo the work they had done since it was so poorly executed.

Micah White was my contact for HGA solutions. I understand that this company operates in the Collinsville and Edwardsville area and has another crew in Jacksonville and Springfield area, so I don't know if he is everywhere or just in my location. I must say, he has a no nonsense approach to construction in general. There was no delays from the time he provides us with a free quote, to when the work began. His crew was on site every day at the scheduled times and they actually refinished the basement under budget. We wanted to expand our living space and that is exaclty what we got a new family room, bedroom, storage room and a second half-bath. We were amazed how fast the project was completed, but not being from the profession, this may be normal. As they worked, he had multiple members working on different projects simultaneously to make the completion of the project move even faster. The HGA Exterior solutions team also patched up some concrete and re-sealed some areas that had broken down over the years. I was satisfied with the quality of work and it was a pleasure to work with such an experienced remodeling team. The concrete work looks like new and the basement is our new favorite space in our home.
