Description of Work: plumbing and radiant hot water electric floor heat

Description of Work: Mr. Baltzell was retained to do all the plumbing in the building of my new home. Including installing electric hot water heat in the concrete slab floor. Mr. Baltzell had to be phoned several times in order to get him to show up to work. Therefore he held all the other services/building up in the process. I ended up with a shower, a toilet, and my washing machine hooked up backwards. In other words I had hot water running into my toilet instead of cold. The shower and the washer were hooked up backwards. The cold water was actually the hot water and vice-versa. The same for the washer. This posed a problem in the shower for my 9 year old daughter who would set her own shower temperature. After repeatedly calling him and him promising to show up to repair these things, he never showed, and eventually would not even answer my calls or return my messages. Now 6 to 7 years later, i am learning he knows nothing about installing in floor hot water heat. None of the hoses/tubes or valves are marked. I have no way of controlling the temperature or water flow in each room and there is no deducing which one runs where???? I have now been told by 2 different plumbers and 2 different electricians that the overflow valve is completely in the wrong area. The pump will run, but never shuts off and the house is not heating/getting warm. In order to find the problem I must bust up the concrete floor. Furthermore the installation of the system is not installed in the proper sequence. Mr. Baltzell assured me he was very knowledgeable with in floor electric hot water heat. I would not reccomend him to anyone. I would also warn others that he will NOT return to make his work good quality. He is NOT knowledgeable in hot water heat or hooking up hot/cold water faucets.
