UPDATED REVIEW: I am downgrading my review to 2 stars because I recently hired them again for a move-out clean of the same house including the washing of towels and linens for each bed. For a move out clean they did not clean 2 closets which had garbage and debris and they did not do a good job at all with the washing. The bedding on the beds did not look like they were washed as there were marks on several blankets and the beds were halfway made with only one pillow. In addition there were piles of unfinished laundry throughout and in the dryer. I texted them on Dec 29 of my issues and have received no response. I will not use their services again. *********************** OLD REVIEW: I hired them for a move out cleaning job for my 4 bed rental in Elgin. When I arrived, I was very unhappy with the cleaning job. However, the way a company responds makes all the difference and I was thankful for their responsiveness. They came to clean personally and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Wishfully Clean & Marcus’s team was wonderful. I was a little nervous hiring a from a smaller company but it was what I could afford at the moment. The starting rate was around ~$100 and went up from there. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for a another cleaning when I need it. I really appreciate that the staff were patient with the specific requests I had and willing to adapt to my preferences for certain products. My space feels a lot more inviting to be in now.
