 + -1 moreThey kept me informed as to what the problem was with my Mac and asked me what I wanted them to do. The provided me with prices for the work and materials. I had it back the next day. When I called and said I was missing a lot of pictures and if they could check the old drive for them, they were able to find them and down load them for me the same day. They were great.
Description of Work: replaced hard drive and installed all programs provided, plus extracted all files from crashed drive.
