Description of Work: The initial process went very well. Throughout the project though, we had nothing but issues and the answers I received were borderline absurd. An example of this...We had a deck extension added. The stairs to the deck are still on an angle (the edge of each stair is higher than the back of the stair, but only on one side of the stairs). The response I received.."over time the stairs will settle/sink and if they are made level now, they will pitch down later". First of all, if they are properly anchored the shouldn't "settle". Second, if that were true, why is it only one side. Third if they were to "settle" to level in 6 months, why would the not continue to "settle" to be pitched downwards in another 6 months (back to the properly anchored point). | |This is only one example out of many. The guys on the crew are nice and do their best but the leadership and example set by the owner of the company is exceptionally poor. My recommendation would be to keep looking.
