The tech came out on Saturday & assessed the problem with my dryer right away. He ordered the part for Monday. Took him about an hour to have my dryer up & running. He even cleaned it & made sure everything else was good with it before he left.

The technician was on time and very knowledgeable, but the cost was ridiculous. The only problem I had was the drain was clogged in freezer. The tech only needed to melt the ice with hot water and it cost me $90. No parts replaced only about 30 to 40 minutes on the job. In the future I would definitely look for someone else if I needed appliance repair and would not refer them to family or friends.
