+ -1 moreNever responded to phone calls regarding appointment set & later noted phone possibly disconnected.
Description of Work: Called twice & never returned calls let alone show up for an appointment for and estimate. Glad I joined Angies List & read previous report. Phone appears disconnected now!

Description of Work: HIRED HIM TO PUT IN CONCRETE DRIVEWAY, TEAR OUT 2 CONCRETE PORCHES AND REPLACE WITH WOOD DECKS.. HE SAID HE WOULD BE THE ONE WHO DID THE WORK. DAN CONVERSE , WE ARE FAMILY BUSINES. TOOK DOWN PAYMENT, SUB CONTRACTED TAKING OUT OLD DRIVE WAY PORCHES. LEFT ME WITH UNUSEABLE STAIRS TO GET IN HOUSE. HAD TOLD HIM I WAS I'LL AND HAD JUST HAD SURGERY SO PLEASE DON'T MAKE IT HARD FOR ME. AFTER THEY FINISHED THAT DAY, HE WANTED MORE MONEY. GAVE IT TO him . NOW HE HAS 7,500$ . A COUPLE days pass and we call him , where are you guys ? My uncle died. A couple more days pass, we call him. Where are you , oh just got out of hospital, give me a couple days, ok... Call in a couple days oh I got in car wreck today. Call in couple days, I gave the money for your concrete to my partner and he ran away and stole it, but don't worry. Call in a couple days oh someone stole my truck with thousands of dallors in it ..call on a couple days on I'm having family problems, got in fist fight with partner. In the mean time cook construction the people that tore out drive way.. came and did everything Dan said he would and a wonderful job. And just wanted what was left owing on Dan Converse contract . Then about 2 days before the were done , Dan Converse call us and wanted 200.00$ , for a finders fee !! He has 7,500 $ and all I got for that is he paid 600.00$ to have driveway tore out.. he also is tri- county landscapes ....beware. if you see this man run..... I have heard he has been in prison for scaming people on gutters and siding . I tried to research him but didn't find anything. Will try to get some of my money back but not holding my breath.
