Super Steam Carpet Clean

I was surprised to find I had hired this same company once before to do a bedroom. This time I had the L R and D R done. I had many spots that he took out. I asked if he was doing a different procedure, because the cleaning in the bedroom was not that good. He redid the bedroom for only $30 and it came out much better.

Expect them to be late. Mike tries to please everyone and over loads himself. Did a great job on carpets and upholstery. Nice guys!

He was an hour late but did call. Mike was very nice and explained his whole process and the products he used. I will be calling him again

The 2 fellow did a much better job than expected. will be using them in the future. Cost was very reasonable for cleaning the carpeting and upholstery.

They came late, but called to let me know. Two very nice guys came and did a great job. They explained the whole process as they went. It took a while for the fabric to dry. The cushions were very wet. But everything dried in about 6 hours. Very happy with the results.

We were very pleased with the service and knowledge of Mike, the owner, who preformed the service. We had two huge stains that he was able to get out. His pricing was very reasonable.

Mike the owner gave me an estimate and charged that price. He took his time and did a good job. My only complaint would be his timing. He was late for both appointments. He called both times though, so I knew he was running late. We plan on having him back in the spring.

It was very convenient to schedule the appointment on Saturday not to worry about work hours. Mike the owner of the company did the cleaning and he explained very well about the cleaning procedure and the solutions he used and gave tips for good maintenance of the carpet. He cleaned the stair case thoroughly and worked on the stains in some areas and did a good job. I would definitely recommend Mike for future carpet cleaning and to all my friends.

Both Dean and helper Jonathan were very considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process. Dean directed Jonathan on the right spot removers to get rid of the tough stains and then used low water volume ionization cleaning technique to remove all previous soaps and shampoo residue from the carpet. They performed the same carpet process at my mother's home and showed her every courtesy and truly professional worik.

Carpet cleaner arrived early. Job was completed quickly with no problems. carpet was dry within 6 hours.

The two gentlemen that cleaned our carpet were very courtious and even called to let me know that they would be late. They did an excellent job on the carpets and sofa, but when they were cleaning the carpets in the upstairs bedroom, their machine must've been too close to the wall, there were scuffs and chips in the paint and I had to touch up the paint, it couldn't be wiped away.

The owner of the company did the cleaning of the upholstery. He did an excellent job, working very diligently to get out any signs of cat fur. He was personable and very reasonable price wise. He used a method that allowed the furniture to be dry in an hour or two. It did take him a long time to do the three pieces due to interruptions on his phone. I did understand and they were all business related. I would hire his again in a minute.

This company was very customer conscious. They called before when they realized they would be late. They protected my other floors and cleaned up after themselves. They were very personable and professional.

Did a great job of upholstery cleaning - chair, love seat & ottoman. Took his time and did a thorough job.

Fast, Friendly, Knowledgable, Cheap. It's aalmost unheard of anymore. Highly recommend.
