Employees were quick at responding and explaining services. They called before they arrived, did a great job cleaning the carpets and did so relatively quickly. They cleaned the hallway free of charge and were very professional during their time. The turn-around time from the initial call to the completed cleaning was less than 36 hours. They called before they arrived and were even a few minutes early. They looked and acted very professional--introduced themselves; reviewed the area to be cleaned and asked questions about areas of soil. I have creme colored carpet so there were some high traffic areas and some pet stains that needed special attention. They handled it all very quickly and the carpet looks 1000% better and smells fresh and clean. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again and recommend them to others. It went great. They called yesterday and told me they could come earlier than my scheduled appointment, which really worked better for me. I was informed as to what they would do and it recommended that we get the protection also, as we have pets, which will probably be good in the long run. They moved my heavy furniture and cleaned all the carpets thoroughly. Boy can you ever see the difference. This is the company to call if you want it done right the first time. I will be telling everyone about them and WILL be a repeat customer. Everything was put back in place and everything was explained as to what would be done. We are VERY please with this company.

We returned home from a 2 week vacation where we had left our dog with someone coming in 3 times a day. Our dog was on a medication that makes him urinate more often and since we weren't there like we usually are he lifted his leg to our hearth and surrounding carpet. We have NO idea how many times he peed there but it was wet and had a horrible odor. Judging by the wonderful reviews of Steam Green Cleaners on your website I called. They came over right away and treated the area, gave me advice and also offered to come back at the end of the week to retreat if I wanted them to. It was SO much better!! I decided that I would have them come back just to be safe. They returned and didn't charge me since he offered to come back on the first day! I would gladly use their services again and recommend everyone to use them too! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Service was good but the smell afterwords smelled like not so fresh water. I wonder if the customer before me had filthy carpets and the equipment may have not been flushed out properly before our job.The smell did eventually lift ater the carpets dried. It took a good 24 hours minimum for all carpets to dry...per their ad and their words everything should have dried much sooner.

Steam Green Carpet Cleaning is the most professional and punctual carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with. They called before they arrived and gave me an ETA. Then they arrived the moment they said they would. We did a walk through and discussed the job and any stains or badly soiled areas I wanted them to focus on. All I can say is my 19 year old livingroom carpet has not loolked this good in a decade. All I could do is stare at my "looks like new " carpet. They were even able to remove stains I had long since given up on. For example, the battery acid stain that I didn't even bother to tell them about because its been there since the mid-90's. They spotted it and miraculously removed it. These guys are the best!

Everything went well. I called this morning to come out and clean my mattress and sofa that my cat urined on last night and the morning. They set me up to come this afternoon. They called me 20 minutes after I set up my apt and asked if they could come earlier since they had a cancellation. I was very excited that they did! They were quick and did a great job. The whole job took about 45 minutes!

The team was very professional. They took time to explain the process as well as tips for spot cleaning. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I will call them for future carpet cleaning.

The crew arrived right when they said they would, reviewed and confirmed their phone estimate, we agreed on a price (they gave me their best coupon price) and got right to work. They did an excellent job on everything. The chairs take a lot of effort & took almost as long as floors to do, but they did a great job. They went over the carpet and chairs until they were clean

We had scheduled work for Wednesday at 1:00pm. They called at 11am asking that if they could move us to 4pm, so they would have less travel time between jobs. They told us it would help them out but we were under no obligation. We told them that was fine. They arrived on time, got the job done within a couple hours and even took time to explain some of the nuances of the carpet and the possible causes for carpet edge discoloration. Very informative, they know carpets well. Even my brother, who has more experience with this than I, was impressed with them and got their card for their next carpet cleaning job. Very professional, great to work with, reasonable pricing, quality work! What else can I say?

Called to set up an appointment and they were able to fit us in on the same day! The carpet on the steps had a pink stain on the facing below the bottom step; two paint drops; and red marker across the length of one of the steps. They warned us ahead of time that the various stains may not be removable, but they went three for three and were able to get everything out. The steps look fantastic now. They also cleaned the grout in the bathroom shower that had years of accumulated staining. Shower stall is 4' across, 3' deep and 7 1/2' high. The cleaned the steps and the entire shower in less than two hours. Definitely would use their services again.

They called 1.5 hours prior to my arranged time and asked if they could come early, which was fine with me. They were very professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained what they would do. They were able to remove a number of pet stains that a competitor had previously not gotten up. The carpets look like new! I will definitely use Steam Green for all my carpet-cleaning needs in the future.

I never have dealt with another carpet cleaning place before since I never had my carpets professionally cleaned so it seemed to go fairly quickly. That was nice.

They were good. They did a nice job and do a general cleaning. They focused on getting the carpet moved to a new place and I thought they could have focused a little bit more on some of the stands. But for general clean they were prompt and did a nice job. We have a child and they use the safest in the chemicals. They were very easy to contact and were prompt on time. But if I have heavy stains I would use someone else.
