Steam Green Carpet Cleaning

The owner and assistant arrived right on time. They were pleasant and professional in their attitudes the entire time. My tile and grout look great. However, what really impressed me was how clean they got my carpeting. We had just moved in a couple of days ago. So, we were unable to tell them what the source of the stains were and they were still able to remove them. The pet smell is also gone. Before they left, they told me in detail how to care for the flooring in order to keep it looking great. I highly recommend Steam Green and will not use any other carpet cleaners from here on out.

The two gentlemen from Steam Green arrived a little late but had called to inform me they would be late. They were very nice and professional. They did the job very quickly. I was disappointed in how the carpets looked when they dried. There were many spots that were missed and the paths were still very evident. I realize that the carpets are worn in the pathways, but I was hoping for better results. This was the first time I have use a Carpet Cleaning business and maybe my expectations were too high. Do not think I will call Steam Green again.

They were very prompt and extremely helpful. I had area rugs on the top of wall to wall carpeting and they actually split the service into two days to give an opportunity for the area rugs to be cleaned separately so that I would not have moisture on top of moisture.I thought that was very considerate. The price was average and not above or below.

The servicemen were very professional and eager to please the customer. They did an excellent job! The price that was quoted over the phone was the price I was charged. I would definitely use them again!

This was the best carpet cleaning I had done in Central Illinois.Carpets looked almost new and they are 15 years old!

They were very professional. The carpet was beyond hope and should have been replaced, but that wasn't an option at the time, so they did the very best they could with it and got all the grossness out of it. I was very pleased and would absolutely hire them again.

Cody is the owner and his employee with him that day was Shane. They did an absolutely outstanding job! I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again! They were very helpful in answering a lot of my questions. They also pointed out facts about the carpet that I did not know and they took care of everything. They were very kind and more than patient and took a great deal of time in doing the work. They wanted to do the job right and not in a hurry. I would recommend them to anyone!

Provider arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. They were very friendly and professional, and got right to work. They were done fairly quickly and the carpet looks great. I use them every 8-9 months and will continue to do so. Reasonably priced too.

Very professional and carpets smelled great and looked new. We used the stain fighting solution, well worth the extra cost. They even shared industry knowledge to tackle future stubborn stains. We will most certainly use Steam Green again!

Andy and Dan were very friendly, and arrived when they said. They were very professional and polite. They called prior to coming, which was appreciated. My 5 rooms were very soiled with pet stains. I knew not all of the stains would come out, but I am selling my house, and needed to get it clean and odor free. They pre-treated all the stains, steam cleaned the rooms, and came in afterwards with additional stain treatments and deodorizer. The rooms came out remarkably well! I never dreamed they could get it as clean as they did! I also purchased additional spot cleaners, as I will continue to have dogs, and they will continue to stain the carpet! I like the fact that the products they use are green - no harmful chemicals. The house smells clean, not like chemicals. Thanks for the great job!

They provided a good service, right on time and did exactly what we wanted. We had one area where they missed a stain. We called them and they came back out and got the stain out.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and courteous. There was one apot that didn't come clean the first time, they came back and cleaned it again at no charge.

We got our carpets cleaned this morning and they look great! Steam Green made our 17 year old carpet look like new. We were very seriously considered replacing the carpeting in our girls' two bedrooms but it just is not necessary now. they got stains out that have been there for a long time. thanks Angie for helping us find Steam Green.

Excellent. Pleasant, professional service people. Willing to move furniture. Worked h****** edges by baseboards. The carpet was dry by the next morning. I've used many companies over the years - they are the best!

They came the same day we called to get the work done! It was a very big job for them. Their price was competitive. I recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

I contacted Kodie to get a quote on cleaning all of the carpets in a newly purchased house before my mom moved in. He was VERY professional and called me back (called me HIMSELF) right away, as well as emailing me with detailed information and a very reasonable quote. He listed times that they were available on the day I needed him and just was an true professional. Unfortunately, wires got crossed on my end and my brother had already hired another company without my knowledge, or I would have gone with Kodie in a heartbeat. I will definitely use him in the future for all of our carpet cleaning needs. In my experience, anyone who is that professional on the front end is going to do a good job in the actual work. TWO THUMBS UP!!

I don't know the exact date it was done. They did a very good job, and my carpeting looks very nice. Someone asked if it was new carpeting. They arrived on time and charged the amount they had estimated it would cost. They were very professional and courteous.

Steam Green cleaned the carpets in our home today. We have 7 areas plus 2 stairways. I am very pleased with their service and that is the reason they have cleaned our carpets several times. They are prompt, professional, friendly, and work quickly. The carpets look great when they are done and the bonus is that all the products they use are safe for the entire family.

It was great! They arrived a bit early which was fine since they called ahead, they charged a competitive price, and they did a much better job than we expected. They did so well that we had them back to clean the grout in our kitchen and our bathroom and on our landings.
